Good hotel, but HORRIBLE service

Bad customer service Their system glitch Asked me to stand there and take videos and think I’m just stupid Only after an hour they found out it’s their system issue Customer service is horrible The guard thinks everyone is a thief and follow you around but will not help you. The cleaning people just open the door in without knocking. No cleaning service or garbage pick up, but every single day they open the door in when I was still in the unit. To steal things? I don’t know. Just horrible

Etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt- umsteigen erforderlich, wenn man die Öffi‘s nutzen möchte. Am Ku-Damm nahe der Nobelläden gelegen. Großes und schönes Zimmer, kleine Kitchenette mit allem, was man braucht.

Luckily everything worked so I can’t comment on the lack of a front desk when it doesn’t work. On other sites there were mentions of people going through their belongings which prompted me to have everything with me at all times. The room was almost perfect for our family, and I would stay here again, and recommend it to others traveling alone or as a couple. The one truly unacceptable thing was the sofa bed, it was of such little quality that the children were sliding between the springs. They were in tears and we ended up with all four in our queen bed. I appreciated not having a key because if someone had to run back upstairs for a forgotten item they just needed our code. But every coin has two sides, and so the level of suspicion of the person or persons standing behind you increases, and so no holding the door for anyone. Certainly not very civil. If you have trouble sleeping when it is noisy, then request a room away from the street. And parking even to unload is nonexistent, as the sort of people that frequent the bakery right next door don’t have to follow the rules and park in the loading zone. I hope this helps others navigate their decision making process.

Godt sted til storbyferie med børn

God kommunikation. Sømløs oplevelse mht. booking, PIN-kode til at låse op, hurtige svar fra kundeservice på diverse. God lejlighed. Den var lidt trang til 2 voksne og 2 børn, men helt okay. Det lille køkken og badeværelset var super. Komfort i sengen var god, både madras og dyne var meget store, så der var god plads til høje mennesker. Komforten i sovesofaen var ikke god. Den knirkede og bøjede. Det var OK til børn men ikke til voksne. Beliggenhed var super.

Rigtig fin familielejlighed med alt man har brug for, når man rejser med lidt større børn. Køkken ikke gearet til større madlavning - men alt, hvad man kan tænke sig at spise er jo lige for døren! Lidt støj fra tunge døre der smækker, men ellers stille. Super fed butik med økologiske varer og grønt ved siden af og butik med lækreste brød og kager på hjørnet!
