Excellent hotel and staff. Large rooms with complete kitchen facilities for dining in. Great location near everything. Look forward to staying again when next back in Porto.

Spot Family apartments was in a great location. We could easily walk everywhere! The staff was fantastic too - went above and beyond with giving recommendations. The aparthotel was clean and and complete with whatever you may need.

Staff on site from 8am to 23hish, which covers most check in hours. They have another hotel building just steps away in case you have any other needs at other hours. The room was spacious, spotless and newly furnished. Kitchen was essentially fully equipped. No washer/dryer in the unit but that depends on your needs. Twins beds were comfortable. Bedding for the sofa bed was clean and comfortable as well. Housekeeping every 2 days is included. The shower gel dispenser was empty when we checked in but the front desk staff tried their best to fix right away

Nice place

Very nice location, employees. Apartment was huge and very clean. Only problem, we couldn’t find an iron. After all the travelling it’s nice to have ironed clothes. Great place and secure parking.

Not very happy with the room

I think we were given the worst apartment, very small and with a view to the first floor roof. The expendable sofa was very small for our teenager kids, and was placed right by the door with no room around it. We saw two other apartments on the same floor, much bigger and with enough space around the additional beds - I guess we were not lucky that way. Otherwise, the location was great, right by the entry in the old city, we were able to walk the while way to the Douro river and back and seeing everything we wanted to see. Very safe neighborhood, a lot of dining options if you wouldn’t have dinner in the old city. Paid parking on the street or in a parking garage close by. If you come across this property book the Spot Hotel, not the apartments, otherwise you might get a room like ours. It is well equipped with everything one needs to make breakfast as well, that is the apartment advantage. Maybe it’s good for families with very young kids.

A convenient location. Walkability to many attractions in 15 minutes. Modern apartment. No breakfast included. Good condition comfy beds. All in all a good stay. We were placed on 2 nd floor no view just other buildings.

There are 2 properties an apartment and a hotel. We stayed in the apartments. Great easy check in process. Secure and safe. Very clean apartment. A few extras provided i.e. coffee, snacks. Walkabale area to all sites. Parking was a little confusing very limited onsite. But the hotel staff was also helpful in finding parking. Garage and street pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, clean and fairly close to riverfront and other sights. Big parking garage at the top of the street called Silo Auto. Take a ticket and go in and right after you park exchange ticket in the office on the ground floor for 48 or 72 hours pre paid ticket. You will get 50 percent off regular price.

The apartment was spotless, spacious and equipped with everything and more. The location is perfect to walk to all the main sightseeing spots in Porto Historic Center. Staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us hit the main spots in Porto. The only thing is be prepared to struggle to find free parking on the street or to pay 30 euros per day for a parking spot at the hotel garage.
