We have a wonderful stay , once we are familiar with bus from the train station of Nyon . Reception lady in the morning shift was very friendly and helpful . I will stay again . This Jose from the Philippines.

Very quiet, the little town is adorable! We were not aware we were in France until we got to the store and we tried to communicate. Transportation was a challenge but once we oriented ourselves it went great!

It's unkept and i was woken by the smell of sinteric mariguana, maybe it be good for just one night not more. Expidia why do want me to lie about my stay in Zenitude Hotel? You got as 4 star but is 2 star max. This area is not good for dark skin people.

Als wir im Hotel ankamen, hatten wir zunächst Schwierigkeiten mit dem Online-Check-in. Anfangs konnten wir leider keine hilfreiche Unterstützung bekommen. Später jedoch, als wir wieder ins Hotel zurückkamen, war ein junger Mann an der Rezeption, der uns sofort und mit einem Lächeln weiterhalf. Er kümmerte sich sehr geduldig um unser Anliegen, erklärte alles verständlich und sorgte dafür, dass wir problemlos einchecken konnten. Seine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang an viel angenehmer gemacht, Vielen Dank dafür!

Ontvangst goed, gemiddelde accommodatie,op de trapgangen is het tapijt erg lelijk, op sommige plekken rooklucht, ontbijt voldoende, bediende bij het ontbijt spreekt helaas geen Engels en ...handig als de goede naam wordt genoemd bij het reserveren , op de voorkant staat Zenitude en zo wordt het niet genoemd als je gaat reserveren op de website.

Hotel très vieux

Nous avons été très surpris en arrivant à l’hôtel, qui est visiblement très vieux. Nous avions réservé un studio, mais on nous a d’abord attribué un appartement. Bonne surprise au début, mais une fois sur place, grosse déception : moquette tachée partout, beaucoup de poussière, et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement, après l’avoir signalé à l’accueil, le personnel — très agréable et réactif — nous a proposé un studio sans moquette et avec une clim opérationnelle. Cela a clairement amélioré notre séjour. En résumé, l’hôtel aurait besoin d’une sérieuse rénovation, mais le personnel reste un vrai point positif.

The property was filthy and shouldn't be offered for rent. Choice hotels should not be affiliated with such a disgusting place. Do not stay here by any means. The beds were our only reprieve from the carpet which was suspiciously stained all over and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 35 years. We did not even attempt to remove our shoes until safely on the beds. Just don't even consider this as a possible option for your stay.

El apartamento está bien equipado, aunque viejito. Lamentablemente necesitaba una buena limpieza (el suelo estaba con pelusas, había manchas de café en todos los cajones del escritorio, pelos en los baños, azulejos del aseo sucios, etc.) Afortunadamente la cama era cómoda, la zona tranquila, las bonitas vistas y el personal de recepción muy amable.

Un poco sucio en sus implementos para dormir, la Roma de cama del sofá se notaba sucia y dejaba mala impresión. No hay muchas opciones cerca de restaurantes o supermercados ya que como mucho en la zona, cierran temprano y los precios en el hotel están altos

Hôtel très dégradé : moquette extérieure et dans les escaliers très très sale. Dans la chambre, tabouret avec un pied cassé, poubelle de salle de bains cassée, impossible de faire tenir des bouteilles dans le réfrigérateur car manque de barre dans la porte de celui-ci, porte de freezer cassée donc pas de glace possible, tapisserie et plancher en très mauvais état. Balcon très sale. En revanche, très bonne literie et climatisation très appréciable.

Bon compromis

Points positifs : service hôtelier +++, serviettes a profusion et de qualité, plateau de courtoisie qualitatif, gel douche haut de gamme, emplacement au top et personnel très très sympathique. Point négatif : la vétusté.!!! Franchement changez le mobilier, un coup de parquet flottant pour remplacer la moquette dégueulasse et l'établissement devient au top !

Etat général vétuste, avec des tâches un peu partout, un canapé en mauvais état et une bouteille de bière restante sur le mini balcon de l'appartement. La porte de douche était très difficile à ouvrir, il n'y avait pas de cafetière. Une cafetière nous a été fournie 2 jours après (proposition tout de même d'avoir un café gratuit à la salle de restauration). Les piles de la télécommande de la télé sont tombées en panne un soir, mais pas de stock à l'accueil le lendemain. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit-déjeuner trop cher dans un tel hébergement standard. En revanche l'appartement donnait sur un espace calme au bord d'une rivière.
