Unfortunately I was handed a bottle wine at the front desk to carry to my room at checking. A little weird. Should have been in the room. Staff was very helpful and kind. The lobby is scented and could trigger sensitivities or allergies. Bed and pillows very comfortable or room did not have a great view but was fine.

The property was exactly what we expected after viewing the photos and info online. It was in a very convenient location, and staff was helpful and friendly. The gym was excellent! Our air conditioning did not work very well and when we let them know they came right away to have a look and offered us the option to change rooms. We liked our room so they brought us a fan. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A historic hotel in a fabulous location close to shopping , historic buildings in the downtown core , theatre and great restaurants. The hotel has all the creature comforts and a river view from our balcony room . I would highly recommend this hotel.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel. Sadly on our first night they had a water line? Break and we had to leave to another hotel but they took such good care of us after the issue that I was very impressed with them

Parking Challenge

It was really hard to find the car park. Had to briefly park elsewhere head into reception. Quite the challenge since there is no signage and brisbane is chaotic
