We loved everything about the property. The owner was super friendly and helpful and frequently available to answer questions. The location is great, a short drive south of Split so out of the chaos and into pure relaxation. Plenty of eating choices and conveniences nearby, and easy to Uber to Split as desired. The apartment was furnished very nicely and was extremely clean and well kept. A great stay!

This was a great place to stay. 10m from the beach with great outdoor area with BBQ. Velimir was a perfect host. Always around to help with anything. Getting in to the Old Town was easy by bus with a bus stop 200m from property. The room was spacious and very clean. It was also equipped with everything you need. I will definitely stay there again.

Amazing place with great rooms that had all you needed. The owner was great as well who you could always ask if you were wondering about anything and always made sure your stay was as good as possible. Extra plus with how close to the beach it was with free sunbeds and parasol

Vele and Deans are wonderful owner operators who make sure to greet you upon your arrival at the property. Aside from the excellent atmosphere and hospitality our room had a small but utilitarian kitchen and terrace with a beautiful view of the Adriatic. Each day we were asked whether there was anything we needed but with the complementary paddle boards, beach recliners and umbrella we were right where we needed to be. I highly recommend this extremely friendly and cool property.

Very modern and immaculately clean apartments on a beautiful beach! Everything you could want and more was available, from cookware to paddle boards. These rooms are by far the best value I could find in the area, and the hosts were also very kind and greeted me immediately on arrival with a drink. I hope to come back soon!

The accommodation was exactly as described. This is a family run business and the owners were extremely acccomdating and embracing. The accommodation is 'on the beach' bar a footpath and the pictures are true. The water in the sea is wonderful and there are several restaurants along the promenade. The accommodation is placed inbetween Split and Omis. Would highly recommend a stay here and use ubers to get around. We will definitely come here again

Loved having a balcony with beautiful ocean view with close access to beach, and suites are beachside of road. Bus stop nearby and approx 20 minutes to Split depending on traffic. Good kitchenette and comfy bed. Great to have Standup boards, inflatables, umbrellas & plenty of sun lounges on hand. Beach is pebble and not sand beach, so need thongs or sea shoes. Nice walking path along beach and access to restaurants nearby. A coffee machine & toaster would be a nice addition.

Ett perfekt boende som varmt rekommenderar . Jättetrevliga personal, extra rent, stor moblerad trädgård 10 meter från havet, fin strand. I lägenheten finns allt som man behöver på semestern. Vi var jättenöjda därför vi förlängde vår vistelse och återkommer! Allt perfekt, 11/10
