Pros: the view from the property was stunning. Clean. Staff were accomodating. Cons: was not expecting my family and I walked up the hill to reach it from the train station.

Excellent communication and process. Smooth check in and check out. Clean rooms. Neat property. One thing they should mention is that the access to the property is quite inclined and will be a steep walk for people with luggage. Secondly, since the reception is virtual, it closes at 7.30PM and then becomes difficult to approach for any services required. It was an excellent experience otherwise and will definitely want to stay here again.

Great hotel, however just be aware there it’s on a hill so you have to climb 6 flights of stairs, and then walk up a steep hill to get to the property from the Main Streets.

I would definitely rate it 10/10. Extremely clean, nice attention to details. Easy/ smooth self check in. Looks exactly like the images(in fact better)! Very safe location. Walking distance to the historic center (right next to the Ponte Vecchio). About 20 minutes walk from the station( just one thing to note: you have to climb 44 stairs, which are not very steep, just before the place, and a steep climb for about 25 meters.I would only be concerned in case you have heavy luggage). Would highly recommend it . Would surely stay here again, if I revisit Florence.

It was the best hotel we ever stayed at! A boutique luxury hotel in every sense. Great location, fantastic view, comfortable bed and nice breakfast; competent and helpful staff with great attention to detail. We highly recommend this hotel.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in deze prachtige flat. De inrichting is stijlvol en verzorgd, en alles was kraaknet bij aankomst. De dame die de flat poetst, is bovendien uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. De ligging is ideaal, dichtbij alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden en in een aangename buurt. Het enige minpuntje was het gebrek aan een optie voor een late check-out, wat ons verblijf nog net iets comfortabeler had kunnen maken. Desondanks een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een mooie, goed gelegen flat met topservice!

Views are outstanding

Loved staying here! Incredible views and high end interior design. The only thing that you might need to consider is that mosquitoes are prevalent in this area and like most places in Italy screens are not used. When it is wet and warm, use the AC to avoid them coming in through the open windows

The room was comfortable and clean. Host was communicative and friendly. Don’t try to park on that street, it’s incredibly narrow and difficult to navigate at the bottom of the hill.

An excellent option for a comfortable, clean and relaxing stay whilst staying in Florence. The room was well designed with en suite, mini living room and kitchen. The property was very clean. All the small token gestures had all been thought about in terms of plentiful supply of towels, utensils in the kitchen, slippers, bathroom accessories etc. A great location very close to all the bars and restaurants - you’ll have a good workout each day walking up the steep cobbled lane m, but it’s only a couple of minutes walk. Definitely recommend the property. 5 stars.

This was SUCH a great find!! Great location, the inside of the room was so thoughtful and well put together. Honestly loved our stay. Will definitely come back ourselves, and recommend this hotel to all our friends and families!

The apartment was very clean and very well presented like a 3-4 star hotel. However, this is not for someone with a lot of luggage. our room is on the third floor. The elevator, which takes 1 minute, seemed like forever, to get to the 2nd floor, stops there. You have to carry all your luggage to the third floor. Very in convenient! The road leading to the apartment has a very narrow road. Not for anyone that hasn’t driven the narrow streets of Italy. They don’t seem to have any standards when it comes to roads. You have to go to a parking garage at the bottom of the narrow road for parking unless you get lucky to find an empty spot on the same narrow road. Very inconvenient to carry 50 Lb luggage's on a sloping road. Overall, unless you’re staying here with only a 20 lb hand carry luggage and not driving a car, I would not recommend this place.
