The property is neat and quiet. The location is great, close to everything. There are numerous restaurants, churros shops, gift shops such as Orange Tree around. A Lisbon tart store just around the corner and a carrefour supermarket in walking distance. We had a problem with the door access on the 2nd day stay. Since we are able to enter the gate but cannot get into our room, we figure out it could be a battery issue due to the wireless feature. We were able to contact the hotel’s staff via what’s app easily and the issue was resolved quickly. We would suggest foreign customers contacting them in what’sapp before you check in just in case you have any issues similar to mine.
