The place was exactly what we needed! It was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of space for my partner and me. We especially enjoyed spending our evenings on the back patio. The bed was comfy, and the location was a great distance from Red Rock Canyon, which made it perfect for our climbing trip. Would definitely stay again!

The view was spectacular, condo was clean and roomy and the pool was delightful. The little villa is within walking distance with cute little shops and some tasty dining options. The hosts were always available if you needed anything.

Large bungalow on large lot with walled private backyard with pool, waterfall, hot tub, putting green, multiple bedrooms with individual baths, expansive central kitchen, gigantic granite island, large extended dining room area, large family /entertainment area. Well maintained. Good value.Easy in/out.

Amazing property, well maintained, exceeded our expectations, photos do not do the property justice. Tons of space for all of our group, amazing outdoor space, theatre room and more. I will definitely be back and can’t recommend this property enough to anyone considering it. You will not be disappointed

Great property for our trip. Off the strip but only a 15 minute trip in. Hot tub was a big hit after our golf games each day. 4 king size beds was a great find and everyone appreciated them. The owner was very responsive with the few questions we had. Would rent the property again for sure.

It worked for us! Not too far from PIR! the room itself was great except for bed up against the wall! hard for older people to crawl in & out of. was very clean though!

The room was exactly as it was portrayed on the VRBO site. Excellent value ! The staff were all very polite and helpful. Our room was large with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The suite was as clean as it could possibly be. The location is superb! You can’t compare it to a regular hotel room because it’s far superior for the price! One of the best perks of The Signature is that once you leave the bustle of the MGM Grand casino area…. It’s QUIET! There are no slot machines or gaming of any sort throughout The Signature buildings. It’s nice to be able to get away from the craziness ! Swimming pools aren’t crowded and there’s a good little breakfast/lunch style of restaurant within the complex as well. I only had a couple of questions for Mark , the owner, and he replied within an hour or so. Overall I recommend staying here 100% !
