This was a wonderful condo style hotel in walking distance to everything. They were super accommodating with our family, and offered a crib/pack and play for our daughter + set us up with the ground floor room so we could sit outside by the pool right next to our room while she napped. It had a nice outdoor closed alcove in the back too, which was great for meals. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to reach/contact. Highly recommend!

So comfortable. Large bed with a lovely comforter and pillows. Nice size TV for those moments when you don’t want to sit by the beach. Staff were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again.

We spent almost three weeks in beautiful Puerto Morelos, and this was by far the cleanest place we stayed. It had a mini kitchen and a pool, which made our stay even better. You can walk barefoot to a snorkeling spot, and the area is full of great restaurants. Just a heads-up—it can get a bit noisy until early morning, so earplugs or headphones might come in handy!

It was very clean and well maintained. There were items in the room which were needed and useful. Staff was very pleasant. The pool, although very small, was very nice with noodles for my 6-year-old granddaughter to play with in the pool.

Kaam was a great place to stay. Location was perfect. Watch the sun rise from the roof. Our room had a front and rear balcony to choose the perfect spot for coffee. Great restaurants within a minute or two. Very quiet building T

Excellent location for those wanting easy access to the beach and to the restaurant zone of town (2 blocks to each). Very clean. Nice pool area. Only challenge was getting the exact address for check in and to document on the tourist card! The check-in office is right next to Run Away Realty, and if there's no-one there, call the manager.

The room (#7) was clean but the couch was uncomfortable for sitting and the table and chairs in the “kitchenette” area were only slightly better. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. We got two towels to use in the apartment and two more for the beach. They gave us a full bottle of water for drinking and ice cube trays so we could make clean water ice. The plates/cups/bowls were good but it was difficult to wash and dry dishes without a sponge and dish drainer. There were two little dish towels but it would have been nice to have something more. We made several meals there and doing pans and dishes was difficult. We enjoyed the location of this accommodation because it was just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach with restaurants nearby. It could be a little noisy at night with music at local restaurants and some barking dogs but if you turned the A/C and fans on it wasn’t too bad. The pool was small but clean and cool.

Our first room had no running water. There was any empty room next door which we were moved into the next day somewhat begrudgingly. Once we were settled and had a bathroom to use things went OK. Location was convenient for our needs though two restaurants across the street often had loud music late into the night.

The property was quiet and clean and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool was small but private. Everything was very close and walkable but still far enough away that it was peaceful. Daniela was very responsive. In fact, she noticed the cab circling the neighborhood looking for the property and stopped us, hopped in the cab and took us to the building. This was very lucky for us as the address given on Expedia is to their business office, not the properties and there are literally no signs. Other than not having the correct address, everything was great.
