Incredible location and excellent breakfast served in the room. Very clean. Wonderful place to stay. Sometimes difficult to find the staff who don’t always stay until 6pm. Otherwise fantastic and would definitely stay here again.

Location is prefect!

Location, Location, Location! This hotel is prefect for walking around Florence you are right on the square with many restaurants and shops. The hotel is very small and older but it is very clean and the staff are very nice. The rooms are very spacious and the only negative was the air conditioning not great. They bring your breakfast to your room at the time you pick the day before. There are stairs so if you have a problem please be warned. Bed is comfortable. Very good for a family.

This property is very quaint & love that it’s right on the piazza. I would love to bring my entire family there but one of my son in laws is over 6ft tall & unfortunately the ceilings are just too low

Lovely hotel in prime location!

Excellent hotel in a prime location that is close to everything! The room and bathroom was clean. Checkin and Checkout process was quick. Location was excellent! Right across from the Palazzo Vecchio Museum! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping! Enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was in a very nice area and on the same road with all the restaurants. It was also right around the corner from the Spanish Steps. Room was big enough for a family of 5! My son left his game station in the couch. I emailed the hotel and they found it! We are working on getting it shipped back home.
