La localisation idéale de l'Aparthotel Paris Opéra fait pardonner le choix de couleurs sombres dans certains studios. A part quelques petits problèmes avec la Nespresso, les nouvelles vitrines pour des produits de dépannage, l'espace réception refait, les rénos sont réussies!

The property is well situated minutes from the Opera House, Galaries Lafayette, Madeleine, Place de Concord, many Cafes, Brasseries and hop-on-hop-off bus stop. hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Room was small but had everything we needed and felts like our own little place in Paris. Two suggestions and points of weakness. 1. The bed which was originally combined to be one queen, and at our request, divided into two singles (great), kept sliding on the floor and we would constantly have to move it into place. Recommendation: apply anti-slip pads to the feet of the beds. 2. If you stay for less than one (1) week, noone cleans your room and you do not get new towels. If you stay for over 7 days, the ladies will come to clean your room and provide new towels. Main focus being on the towels, we certainly could have used new towels every 2-3 days. Lots of walking, sweating and showing. New towels would have been much nicer. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay, would definitely return and would absolutely recommend to others.

The location is very good, close to everything. Our room was a quite bit noisy at night because the street activities were very active with garbage truck and delivery trucks, etc. The staffs were very helpful.

Not worth the money

Hotel has an excellent location near Opera Garnier. Unfortunately apartment I was staying in needs desperately updating, it looks worned out and dirty even after cleaning. Air conditioning did not work, it was switch-off for the season but because of the weather changes it was hot and stuffy when I checked-in. I was offered a fan but that did not help much anyway. For over $300/night you should be able to enjoy your stay and have all amenities they advertize.

Ok hotel close to the Opera

The hotel location is very close to the Opera, the Perfume Museum, The train station, The Metro,The Louvre The breakfast was great and ok priced Not included with cost of your room The air conditioner did not work We had to get some one to fix it The toilet was upstairs and shower down stairs There was no soap or toilet paper or garbage At night the area is very noisy and especially because you had to leave the window open to get the room cool It was hard to sleep

perfect location - staff very helpful

great location - walking distance to many sites. Studio apartment was great for making breakfast, having some wine and snacks, and courtyard room was quiet. High end food places and well as supermarket near by. Several metro stops within a few blocks. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Great experience!

Great location

Clean, well located, friendly staff with acceptable breakfast. During our stay, wifi was down due to construction workers destroying the cable just outside the hotel. Staff was very comprehensive but still unable to provide some during the 72 hours we were there.

Great Location

Family of four, stayed here a week. Charming on the outside, inside needs a little TLC. Great neighbourhood, clean and safe. Short walk to most attractions. Metro and bus station nearby. Working AC in room and friendly staff

Great location!

The location was fantastic - there was a Metro station 2 blocks away, as well as Galleries Lafayette and Printemps for shopping. We walked to the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay (20 minutes) and found good restaurants nearby. Our only complaint would be the condition of the hotel rooms. Some things didn't work (some lights, wobbly chair), washing machine & dryer in the basement. And the murphy bed, while quite comfortable, was a nuisance to open and close daily.

Excellent Hotel at an excellent location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel's location was excellent, the apartment was spacious, clean and well laid out, the bedroom was on the inside court side (very calm and quiet)and the living room on the street side so we had the best of both worlds. The staff were respectful, courteous and helpful. We will certainly be back!

Great location near Opera

We were attending a conference near the hotel but we wanted to have a place where we could prepare simple meals. Our studio room was quite well equipped, the pull-out bed was comfortable but took up much of the floor space when pulled out. The kitchenette in the entrance hall had stove top, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher and basic utensils, cutlery and dishes. The bathroom was generously sized. There was no cleaning service provided by the hotel but we could pick up fresh towels if we needed them. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Montmartre. Also close by was St. Lazare Station, from there we were able to catch the train to outlying areas such as Vernon where we visited Monet's house and garden. The big department stores are very close. There was also a food store at the end of the street. The brasseries on the same street as the Adagio Opera offered casual meals at fairly resonable prices.

Nice hotel with excellent location,

Arrived at the hotel in the morning and was given the room although check in is only in the afternoon.Room was bright and clean.Looked like it had just been renovated. Bathroom is modern. Full size fridge, more than enough for two people, Well equipped kitchen Outside the hotel is very ordinary but inside going to the lobby has modern decor with landscaped atrium.Walking distance to most attractions, cafes, buses, metros and groceries as well as shopping.Took the Roissy bus from the airport for only 10 euro and dropped us less than a block to the hotel. Bought a pack of bus tickets but was not able to use them all.Comfortable walking back at night,,Street is well lit .Needs room key to get in the building which gives added security.

Great location - can't beat it for being in the heart of Paris.

This is a small business-type apartment hotel. Very clean and compact. The rooms have Murphy beds.. which means the space is a little restricted once the bed is down. All rooms have a fridge, microwave etc.. and there's a small grocery store just along Rue De Caumatin.. very convenient. In fact everything about this hotel is convenient. It is NOT a taste of Paris however.. there's nothing "boutique'esque" about this place.. it's almost IKEA'ish. Note that if you are here for a long stay, the room is only cleaned every other or every third day.. however I didn't find this an issue. I would absolutely stay here again.. the shops are right there, the Seine is 5 blocks away, as is the Champs Elysee, and the airport Rossy Bus drops you off less than a block from the hotel (direct from Charles De Gaulle). Loved it!!
