This is a wonderful little ensuite. It is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location is ideal, as it is central to many things, which makes it convenient. It was outstanding value for money. Highly recommended.

Great location

The apartment was centrally located in a great spot. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was clean but small. The only recommendation would be to get a full size bed and not two twin beds (a bit uncomfortable but I suppose it’s a European expectation). Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A great hidden set of apartments right on the walking street for shops and restaurants. My bus was late and past normal checki-n time but the host stayed in communication and met me when I arrived. Very quiet. Room is well set up and spacious for up to 3 people. Kitchen good for preparing small meals. Shower stall a little small for my liking but functional.

Good Location

Nice old lady greeted us and showed us to our room. The host came the next day to collect the room charge. I was going to give it five stars as it's in a handy location and cute apartment however the last night we were there, someone checked in after 10:30pm and the host was talking really loud right outside our door. We had an early start the next day so made our last night unpleasant. Overall a nice place to stay for a night or two.

Great central location and comfortable room at a reasonable price. They communicate via WhatsApp (& Expedia if booked via them) and did so well. I liked having a fridge and hob, cutlery etc. A couple small gripes; bathroom mirror light hanging out of the socket not working, I also had to asked the very nice concierge to replenish toilet paper which I thought would be obvious. I would return.

Clean apartment at central location

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is functioning well, everything is convenient. Beds are comfortable. There is no elevator. Small inconvenience - blackout curtains are not fully blackout and you cannot make complete darkness in the room. Location is central, perfect for walking everywhere, but there is no parking in this street, so we asked the property for parking reccomendation and they were very helpful.

Incredible value

I stayed at Residence Prime for one night only but it was a great stay thanks to the central location, impeccable cleanliness, and thoughtful communication with the property manager. I was sent all the necessary information for accessing my room several hours before my arrival, and the self-check-in was hassle-free. As for the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything a traveler could think of. There is even a kitchenette, which is fantastic when you are planning a longer stay- it is truly a home away from home. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my short stay, and I will recommend this property to guests who want to feel at home during their trip to Sarajevo. A few things to consider: 1. The room on the 3rd floor, as perhaps all other rooms on the property, had an abundance of switches on every corner. Even though most of them had tags specifying what each switch was responsible for, I felt confused -- there was even a switch to run the electricity next to the bed. 2. I checked in on Sunday afternoon, and none of the shops in the area were open, so it was difficult to find drinking water. There was no tea in the room, either. 3. The reception desk was empty throughout my stay, which in and of itself is not a bad thing as the manager keeps track of everything and responds quickly via WhatsApp. Still, the lack of real-life communication with a staff member can make navigating the room and the city a bit challenging. Sálernið eins og lítill skápur; klósettsetan laus og lokið dottið af; vatnstankurinn lak á þig þegar þú stóðst við vaskinn; baðkarið einungis nothæft fyrir sturtu og þó var varla hægt að standa þar sem blöndunartækin stóðu langt út; ;mygla í fúgunum milli flísa. Ekki varað við 46 tröppum upp þröngan stiga upp í aðra íbúðina, meira upp í hina.

Yorumlara bakarak sorunsuz bir yerde kalmak için burayı tercih ettim. Daha fazla ödeyerek ön cephedeki daha büyük odayı almış olmama rağmen daha ucuz olan oda verildi, uygulama üzerinden göstererek bu durumu söylediğimde "odan bu" dendi. Odayı gösteren personel İngilizce veya Türkçe bilmiyordu, anlaşamadık. İletişim numarası içeren e-posta da ben ayrıldıktan sonra geldi. Sabah sıcak su yoktu, beklememe rağmen sıcak su hiç olmadı. Buranın yarı fiyatına çok daha iyi yerler var, konuma da çok takılmayın yürüyerek her yer çok yakın.

Saraybosna seyahatimizde kullandığımız otel şehir merkezine baş çarşı ya 5 dakika mesafede sönmeyen ateşe ise 200 metre mesafededir havalimanından biraz yürüdükten sonra otobüs ile otele yakın bir yerde indik ve yürüyerek ulaştık otel görevlileri Türkçe biliyor ve önceden sizinle iletişime geçiyorlar odalar gayet temiz kullanışlı ve düzenliydi kendilerine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Rigtig god lokation tæt ved den gamle bydel. Det er lejligheder, ikke et hotel og der tales kun bosnisk, men der er en medarbejder man kan skrive med online, der er hjælpsom. Desuden er den bosniske kvinde der driver det dagligt meget imødekommende og venlig på trods af sprogvanskeligheder :-) Der er et lille tekøkken og køleskab, hvilket er rigtig rart.
