It was a decent property. The common areas are a bit worn down but the room itself is clean and well maintained. The room is cleaned every day however at various times throughout the day. There is a cash deposit requirement of 3000 pesos. The location of the property is very close and conveniently located by Greenbelt 1 mall. It is a good choice in Makati If you don’t want to pay some of the very expensive hotels in the area.

二回目以降の滞在では到着日にLINEが届き「何時に着く？」と質問してくれる。「到着した」とLINEするとすぐに担当が降りてきて、部屋に案内してくれる。すごく早くて便利。チェックアウトはカードキーを部屋に置いて出るだけ。素晴らしい。家電の不具合なども5分程度で見にきてくれる。
