Nice not great

Newer hotel but not sound proof. Clearly heard doors slamming shut in our room. Not good when trying to sleep in. Also the shower hose was leaking and the maid didn’t replace the coffee or laundry detergent. Other than that it was a nice hotel. Just need to tend to some finer details.

Staffs were very helpful throughout our late check in process, via the intercom. The property generally offers the standard in almost every extends well above of that I found in Wyndham Garden in Canada, except that I had a hard time to find a parking spot, due to the limited spots. At the end, I found a narrow spot next to a truck which basically took more than the space it should take. When I checked out, I found a quite sizable dent on one of door of my rental car. Unfortunately, I had purchased the zero excess with my rental insurance. I would have thought this situation rarely happen in Canada. Parking is essentially an area that needs improvement.

Nice location and close to airport. Shopping and groceries nearby. But of a distance to town center - best to get Uber as taxi fare almost twice costly. Hotel manager on the ball and keeps on top of guest concerns.

We upgraded to the suite that has a kitchen and washer dryer as well as a parlor. We were so comfortable there---with plenty of space, a chance to do laundry on an unexpectedly rainy day, and everything we needed to stay indoors to eat. We liked our rooms very much---large, clean, comfortable, beautiful to look at. The hospitality we received at the frond desk was warm and accommodating. We had a very good experience at this hotel.
