Great staff, speaks English well. Very helpful and accommodating. Place was spacious and clean. Full kitchen with all appliances and kitchenware. Apartment was warm. Amazing location, quiet street. Overall nice apartment with comfortable beds and nice showers. However it lacks some basic kitchen items like a frying pan (we asked for one in the reception but never receive it). Also note that balcony also gets very little sun due to its position in (flat 4a).
