Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay! We were welcomed with such kindness and made to feel right at home. Our room was amazing with gorgeous views, and the location was perfect: Woolworths just next door, and right by the South Melbourne Market for a delicious breakfast! We will definitely be back soon!

The apartment was well presented, fully kitted out and felt like home away from home eventhough it was a business trip. I will be making frequent trips to melbourne in the coming weeks and will try stay here again

Nice sized 2 bedroom apartment. Convenient location just around the corner from the south Melbourne markets with Woolworths, aldi, Dan Murphy all working 200 metres. Only issue is it can be a bit noisy from trucks around 7.30am but otherwise it's reasonably quiet. The rooms stayed warm even in winter.

No face washers, no extra toilet roll and the amount of Mould in the shower was a little overwhelming. On trying to leave the car park the gate refused to open, while trying to make contact with reception another car came up and said it happens all of the time and proceeded to go out through the entry gate to which we followed>

The property is well situated and the normal staff Monday to Friday are exceptional. Craig is amazing and unbeatable... unfortunately he was nowhere to be seen on Sunday when I needed to extend the stay. No less than 8 physical visits to the office, 12 phone calls and messages sent. Only to have to rebook online with a $100 increase in rates and was left to ferry luggage to a vehicle to only an hour later return it to the new booking. I wouldn't have liked to have had an emergency take place and needed managements attention

Had paid through Expedia for an Executive apartment with city views. Unfortunately was allocated an apartment with a view of the next building. Was shown an apartment at a higher floor with partial city view, however the room was a lot smaller so had to settle with the original allocation. Was told that there were no executive suits in the building.

Apartment was comfortable and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the poor communication with them prior to my stay was appalling. This really let it down and caused me a great deal of anxiety. I wasn't due to arrive until after 6pm and, despite sending them a copy of my ID and credit card, as requested, this was not acknowledged. Instead, a couple of days later, I received another message via Expedia telling me check in closed at 6pm. A further message from me went unanswered. In the event I was provided with instructions on collecting my key and accessing the block late ib the afternoon of my arrival. This was accompanied by short videos of the process which was helpful.

Stayed here for a week for work. The place is very accessible by public transport and if you have your own vehicle then found multiple parking options. Convenient as the supermarket is next door. Found it quiet and peaceful and the apartment was clean too with all the amenities you need. Communication with the team was very good, with a prompt response to any questions. We arrived quite late in the night and found the keys quite easily.
