Ok, but maybe not in winter

The room, those small and looking cozy, was very cold. The temp was set to 20 degrees, it could not be adjusted. The windows are old and a constant breeze came through. We added breakfast to our tab, and for 20$ each, the breakfast did not consist of much. Finally, there was no indication that they had valet parking. We drove around and found the garage to park at, but had to pay $10 extra than the cost for valet parking.

Won’t be back

Huge lack of communication. Hotel parking can not accommodate any type of vehicle other than a small car - would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Had to park two blocks away and walk with all of our luggage in the snow to the hotel. And, the address they gave me for this second location wasn’t even right. So I was wandering the streets of Montreal looking for it. Very poor attempt to bridge language gaps between French and English. I understand this is a French speaking province but as a hotel you must understand that you’ll be serving people in English as well - I had no idea how to get to my room. Didn’t find out until I was ready to leave that there was a second elevator. When I asked how to access the stairs I was asked why I want to access the stairs instead of just helping me get to my room. Hotel has nothing available. I forgot a toothbrush - nothing available ale for purchase. Also needed Tylenol or something - no chance. Overall this was not a great experience. It was annoying and felt like a poor choice of hotel. Won’t be back.

Wouldnt return.

The room was very cold the first night and when I called for extra blankets or a small heater, i was cut off quickly and was responded to rudely. The phones the next day and spoke to someone else and they were kind enough to send a maintenace guy to fix the heater, which thankfully went well.

Was disappointed after staying at this property so many times that my upgraded status didn’t get me anything until I had to ask. No upgraded room or breakfast offered until I had asked while nearly paying for my breakfast. Also apon walking up to the check in desk on arrival was greeted with a “what up?” Seems pretty unprofessional

Disappointed

I was disappointed with the hotel. The toilet clearly hadn't been cleaned, which is honestly disgusting. The floor and countertops were damaged. We asked for a bottle opener and they couldn't find one. We've been to this hotel in the past and never had such a bad experience. Unfortunately, it was our last time there...

There was black mold in the room, stains on the pillows, strange sticky substance on the wall, and garbage left in the room from before we checked in.
