With direct access to the slopes, Mountain Villas makes guests feel at home with conveniences such as charcoal grills and a picnic area. All 14 individually decorated villas have 2 bedrooms and feature free WiFi and DVD players. Guests can enjoy fireplaces, and other standard amenities include kitchens with fridges and ovens. It was great having our own space! Very private. Each of the villas are a nice distance away from each other as well, doesn't feel crowded or anything if other people are outside. This is such a great option for families! We had a blast! 10/10 will stay again!

Family Trip

We have been visiting Duluth and the North Shore for about 20 years and this stay was wonderful. It was perfect for my family of 4. We had our own rooms and a separate living room, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It was like your own home away from home. The property itself was quiet (except for the lawn mower at 8 a.m. one morning). It was a nice stay away from the busyness of town, but a short, beautiful drive to the attractions. Would definitely recommend!

The villa was a really cool and unique place to stay. It was cozy and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a nice bonus. Pet friendly option was great for our family. My only complaints are that our villa (#14) could use some general maintenance. The deck had some loose boards etc, the shower in the main bedroom didn’t drain, the tv’s were old and mostly useless as well as the tv in the main bedroom didn’t have any remotes. In fairness we weren’t there to watch tv but would have liked the option in our down time. Perhaps a deep clean of the unit would be a good idea (higher up areas). The staff was very friendly and the grounds were nice. All in all we would happily stay there again and check out one of the units on the other side of the road with a better view. I would recommend this place!

Such a great place at the top of the ski lifts, surrounded by trees. These are quaint “treehouses”, adorably decorated and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would return any time of year. *Know that you will have to walk a short distance and climb stairs to enter them as they are on pedestals.

The Villa was great! We stayed here for our wedding and couldn’t have picked a better stop! It was so nice and clean and very spacious. There are great trails right out the back door. Large front and back porch along with a screened in porch. Would definitely stay again! Staff are nice & very communicative.

Fun place
