Spectacular hotel, very clean! Spacious rooms 80 m2/800 sqf, with one, two and three bedrooms, plus living room, and kitchenette. Staff is wonderful, great restaurant/cafeteria. This place was amazing! Great location, rooms were a good size and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area is amazing to spend the afternoon after a hot day of sightseeing. Breakfast selection in the morning was great too. We enjoyed our time here immensely and would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very large and spacious for a family of five. The kitchen supplies are basic but adequate. Breakfast was fairly limited but it was low season, not sure if this would change when the hotel is busier. The gym is older but serves its purpose. The hotel is nice and clean with a large pool and helpful, friendly staff. Outside there is always an available tuktuk driver to take you the short distance to the shops. Our hotel arranged the tour / tour guide for us to Angkor Wat and other temples, it was very easy and the guide was really good.

We loved our stay at the Koulen Hotel, it was beautiful and clean. Staff was very attentive and extremely nice. Breakfast was fantastic and happy hour at the pool was relaxing and fun. I stayed here for a week. All of the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They took care of my mother while she waited for me which is saying a lot about the staff and hotel. I loved it here so much! The property is beautiful. The food and drink are delicious. When I visit again I would definitely stay here.

Great stay at Koulen!

I really enjoyed my stay at Koulen. The pool and courtyard were amazing. The rooms were spacious. It was like having an apartment. The staff was friendly and very attentive. It was extremely convenient to the mall across the street and the river walk.

Best hotel in Siem Reap

From start to finish the Koulen was a great experience. Great location, amazing staff, and awesome amenities. Pai and Bee were especially helpful when I needed suggestions for places to eat, drink, and explore. Will definitely be back. Thank you to the Koulen for making a good trip great!
