Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end. The pool area was great, although the water temperature could have been a bit warmer. Considering the damage that was done with the storms last year they done a fantastic job to get it open for business so us tourists can enjoy.

We were there a couple months after back to back hurricanes passed through and were a little nervous of what may be awaiting us, but we were very pleasantly surprised. We check in after hours at a separate location which was the hardest part as there wasn't any signage for their check in area and it took me 10mins to find it. Check in was smooth and easy otherwise. We had 1 parking spot that was fairly close to the stairs. Elevators weren't available due to hurricane sustained damage. The apartment was huge for the two of us - 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Everything was clean, worked and all they needed was us to take our garbage out at the end. The back was close enough to walk to. We walked down to John's Pass easily and spent some time wandering around there. All in we both agreed if we were going to that area again we would definitely return.

For a property that is recovering from 2 hurricanes I must say it was a pleasant stay considering the damage that was around the area good on you guys !!

Crystal Palms is a nice clean facility, across from the beach. The swimming pool and seating area is very clean and spacious.

Pros: Very spacious and very well equipped units. Spacious and well furnished balcony as well. Conveniently located across the street from beautiful beach. Big bin of beach chairs, pool floatties etc left by past guests for use. Clean beach towels provided daily. Cons: Our unit was lacking cleanliness. Bathroom tub and toilets were very dirty and master bath had a strange odor. Mouldings were filthy, excessive dust on fans and floors were dirty. The unit could have used a really thorough clean. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay, however, would not stay here again because of the lack of cleanliness in unit.

Very impressive size and layout. Could easily sleep 6 people. Really close to the beach. Short walk to all amenities. Short drive to John’s Pass, Tyrone Square Mall and about 30 minutes to Tampa. Felt safe. Strange kind of main strip town where all amenities are on one through fare but … what can you do? Beautiful white sand beaches. Overall a really nice stay in a clean, large and well appointed apartment

Good location, condo well laid out. However, floor of condo, balcony and countertops were dirty. The noise of boulevard made sitting on the balcony not real enjoyable. Great sunsets, close to beach. Pool and Hot tub was clean enjoyable.
