I booked and paid for 3 nights , when I got in there I notice that the place is filthy and I suffer from asthma , the man wanted 100 dollars deposit, then I left the place and booked in another hotel , I didn’t get my money

Great value for money, it's a little shabby sure but we are backpackers and it had everything we needed, wifi, comfy bed, hot shower, tv, we could make meals in our (big) kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and let us check in early. Plus it's in a great location.

The kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, stove-top, microwave and kettle for teamaking. There were ample clean pots and pans for cooking as well as clean quality cutlery and crockery. The bed was fantastic and linen so white and clean. Slept like a log. The building itself is an older style but has been renovated to allow a very satisfactory stay. Staff were efficient, kind and helpful. Well worth the cost.

Level 3 room 23, I guess you get what you pay for. Very nice host and good customer service. Room had wet carpet, I think from the fridge leaking. I removed massive ice sheet from it but had a loose wire inside, seemed pretty dodgy. Air con unit in similar condition and very loud. Lift had water underneath that drew up the water when going up and was a waterfall on the way down. Carpets looked warn throughout. Plus side inner city parking

The location is just fantastic, an easy walk from central Brunswick and its various delights. The hotel is under new management and they're in the process of renovating, so it's not FANCY but the (super friendly) staff warned us ahead of time so we were very satisfied

The gentleman at reception was wonderful, friendly and polite. The room was average. Dirty plates in the cupboard. Flickering spot light. Shower needs attention as mould growing in the silicone.
