Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok.

O quarto que me passaram, estava com algumas coisas por fazer, tipo o porta toalhas estava com um lado caído, mas a internet não funcionou. Porém fiz contato e prontamente o pessoal verificou o problema da internet e me trocou de quarto. Fora isso, foi tudo muito bom.

Excelente! Tudo muito limpo, ambiente calmo, confortável. A cozinha tinha todos os utensílios necessários, todos muito limpos. Toalhas e peças de camas limpíssimos. O local é próximo a rodoviária, farmácia… bem próximo ao centro. Os atendentes super solícitos a todos momento. Super recomendo. O único contra era a escada. Mas isso é irrelevante comparado a estadia. Voltarei com certeza.

Ótimo lugar para quem quer visitar Foz do Iguaçu sem gastar muito e aproveitando uma excelente acomodação. Muito confortável; a cozinha é bem equipada, o ar condicionado funciona bem, a rua é tranquila e bem localizada. Fizemos nossas compras no Super Muffato do shopping JL ali perto. O próprio hóspede tem que fazer a limpeza do apartamento, mas há a possibilidade de contratar serviços de limpeza. Como ficamos poucos dias, não foi necessário. A equipe é muito amigável e prestativa, recomendo demais esse hotel!

Boa localização, limpo, tranquilo, seguro e muito prático, com tudo que se precisa...Gostei muito. A cozinha também é muito boa, só falta uma garrafa térmica ou uma cafeteira, para facilitar o preparo do café da manhã. Bom atendimento e comunicação. Só tenho elogios a fazer, o lugar é incrível, muito confortável, bem localizado, equipado com tudo que a gente precisa. A cozinha é simples, não tem fogão mas tem panelas elétricas que cumprem muito bem o papel, as camas são confortáveis e os cobertores são ótimos, a mesinha é excelente para trabalhar, trouxe meu computador para a viagem e a internet foi suficiente para fazer o que eu precisava. A comunicação com a equipe é bem rápida e eficiente, não tem portaria mas o atendimento no whatsapp funciona tão bem quanto uma. Pretendo voltar várias vezes, não é um lugar luxuoso mas pelo preço eu nunca vi uma hospedagem melhor até hoje.
