Very nice property and nice unit that we used. Had everything we needed. Pool and hot tubs with changing areas were nice. Have to drive everywhere though but because of this pretty quiet. Cornville Road can be a little loud during rush hour.

A lovely little stay just outside of Sedona. The units are fully stocked with utensils and have a kitchen, living room, and dining area. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived and the people working the check-in desk were lovely. We had issues with our key cards only working sometimes, but it could have just been a fluke and we were always able to get it to work after a few tries. I believe the units share an interior door so we could hear the guests in the next unit, but I can't imagine it being a problem unless you have particularly rowdy guests.

Comfortable stay

This hotel had everything we needed - full size fridge, plates/glasses/cutlery, toiletries, and extra blankets. The bonus was the free laundry facilities with free bounce sheets and detergent included. The pool area was nice and the facilities were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Room for improvement & positive too

Positive-space and size of living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom was awesome. So nice to have a full fridge, stove, dishwasher… All the things that make staying in a place and getting groceries to make your own meals that much easier. All the staff were amazing. So friendly and that goes along way. I’m thankful for that. That said, and despite what I wrote below, there are a lot of positives. Big deck and chairs as well. No smart TV but that’s a nice to have. Replace the bed and the couch and I’d be back in a heartbeat. Improve-I didn’t spend a lot of time at the facility since I was there for the hiking, but one thing I wanted was comfortable when it came to bed and couch at night to watch some TV. Based on a comment back in April I believe, the person had mentioned the beds and, and how uncomfortable they were, and the Hotel replied that they would take care of that so I had thought it would be… The bed, I would just sink and it was uncomfortable, the pillows were not good and the sofa were as flat as pancakes. The picture of the pool on the site looked different than in person. I get it though, That’s pretty standard for all places. Having to do the dishes upon leaving was a hassle and then having to do them upon arrival, knowing that somebody could’ve just wiped them with a paper towel was not very clean…dark and I agree it is dated.

We had a great stay at the resort. It is central between Jerome and Sedona and gave us a lot of opportunity to see everything. The extra bonus was to walk through Cottonwood a small near the resort. Would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice location. Quiet neighborhood but a close drive to town for groceries and restaurants. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The television and wifi were a bit dated - but everything else was top notch.

Great value! We loved the hot tub area. We stayed as a family of 4 in a studio which had just enough room for us. The pull out couch was okay, but the king bed was so comfy! My kids were okay with the pull out couch. There was pan to make breakfast and a toaster oven. Overall, we were pleased and would stay again! Lovely place!

We stayed for two nights but could have easily stayed for more. The kitchen had everything you needed (dish soap, dishwasher fluid, scrubbers, can openers etc) except an oven (they did have a toaster oven) and a bbq. The bed was very comfortable. The property was great. Warm pool, hot hot tub (both the main one and the adult only one), pool house had a gym, big tv and free laundry (one soap provided to you), the fire pit area had the bbqs and propane heaters. It was about 20 minutes to the south side of sedona but it allowed us to drive there quickly but escape back to the quite. Cottonwood had all the stores you needed. Very impressed.

Size of rooms were really nice. Patio overlooking courtyard. Kitchen had basic necessities but could stand few more items. Cutting board was one item we missed. Overall would not hesitate in staying hete again.

Stayed at Highlands Verde Ridge Resort for 3 nights in November. Great place to stay if you’re driving the area. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean suite. Our place was across the street from the laundry (free!) / activity centre and just a short walk to the adult only hot tub. It would be a lovely place to settle in for a week of visiting the area - wish we could have stayed longer. Nearby (7 minute drive) Cottonwood has everything: Walmart, Safeway, old town shops. Check out Crema for good coffee/baking/lunch. Drive a little further west and check out Jerome with its revitalized Main Street, kaleidoscope store and more. Highlands Resort is also a 20-25 minute drive to Sedona. Just a great peaceful place with easy driving access to local areas.

Loved everything about the property. More like staying in a condo than a hotel. Fully appointed kitchen, huge bathroom with jetted tub and such a comfy bed in separate bedroom. AC worked like a charm. Pool was so refreshing after hiking during the day in the 90 plus degree heat.

We (two mature adults) stayed here as a base from which to explore Sedona and the Valley area. The units were very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare takeaway lunches for hiking and to make dinner on the nights when we didn't head out to enjoy the great local culinary scene. The front desk and cleaning staff deserve special praise. I left my keys (house, work, everything important) and a few hundred dollars of Canadian money in the unit when we checked out. When I contacted the front desk, Devin Krekelberg and the team went far beyond any expectations and located both the keys and the cash. Devin then personally sent them to me via registered US Post (and texted me the shipping notice)! Many thanks for a wonderful stay.
