We upgraded from a 2bedroom with no view to an oceanfront unit. The unit was very spacious with a large well equipped kitchen (except S&P). 2 bathrooms. The king size bed was very comfortable. The large sectional sofa was comfortable although well worn. Perfect location on Kings Beach with a number of restaurants, coffee shop and bar on the lower level beach side. The pool is very large with a small number of lounge chairs and a games room. Would stay again

Great location

Pool renovations made it difficult to get around the complex. There is no recycling of ANYTHING available and the internet was spotty at best. There was rarely anyone in the office and it took us 3 days to find someone to let them know there was no plug for the Jacuzzi tub. Kitchen was not particularly well-equipped and there is a charge for everything from toilet paper to pool towels. The location however was amazing -- right on the beach, near shops, boardwalk, fishing, surfing, and a coffee shop downstairs.

The reception staff were lovely and very helpful for a late check in and it was simple and easy. The facilities were good, lovely pool. Room was pretty spacious. Only thing that was a bit weird was the bathroom, it had like shutters to close it off and was in the middle of the room sort of. It didn’t lock and didn’t feel private for a family staying with older teens. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
