This was a fantastic property! The building is magnificent and within walking distance to all the major sites. The staff were outstanding — great communicators and eager to make our stay as easy as possible. This was a beautiful, centrally located place to stay in Florence a few steps from the Arno and somewhat away from the massively crowded streets. Our room was gorgeous and extremely spacious and comfortable. It provided a great oasis in the middle of the city in the summer. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Florence!
