The hotel is very convenient to MAD airport. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of food. The suites are spacious. We just needed to stay for one night, but the kitchen and living room in the suite would have been good for an extended stay.

Great option if you need to stay close to Madrid airport. Lots of dinning options plus you have a shopping mall just a few steps from the hotel. It wasn’t my first time staying there. Because of the price and the location, I always stay there the night before my flight.

This was the most horrible hotel in my whole trip, so much so that I decided to loose the reservation and money I paid for it rather than stayed there. It is NOT close to Madrid. There is nothing nearby but a Bimbo factory. The room smelled, And even though I checked out ONE hour after checking in, they REFUSED to returned my money. Eventhough their advertisement said they were close to Downtown Madrid, 45 minutes without traffic is NOT close. I do not recommend anyone to stay there if your are in Madrid.

The balcony door did not lock and had to call twice to be given different room. Employee was annoyed that we requested to be moved because door would not lock. Building is clean but structure unkept.
