Great hotel close to the beach

We had a fabulous stay at Sowell Recidence Le port. Our apartment was huge and perfect for our family and the staff were so helpful. Amazing breakfast.

When booking they told us we’d have parking get there and they told us no so had to keep feeding a meter. The sink wouldn’t drain. Asked for towels in the morning and then after dinner had to go back and ask again. The suite was pretty run down. I’m used to EU mattresses but this was thin and the pillows was like sleeping straight on the mattress. The view was beautiful. A lot of walkable options for food/drinks etc 10/10 on location. But would not stay here again.

RĂ©server pour avoir un lit deux places et se retrouver Ă  dormir sur un canapĂ©, balcon juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© vitre avec zĂ©ro insonorisation donc on entend tout dans la rue avec l’impression que les gens sont dans l’appartement A mon arrivĂ©e la porte de mon logement n’était pas fermĂ©e Ă  clĂ©, pas de torchon, salle de bain peu propre, chauffage a fond dans toute les piĂšces mais j’ai passĂ© la nuit frigorifiĂ©. Je ne recommande absolument pas en vu des commentaires sur google visiblement aucune amĂ©lioration depuis des mois.. 75€ la nuit c’est du vol !

Bon séjour et trÚs bon emplacement

Agréable séjour et l'accueil trÚs chaleureux, la résidence mérite un petit coup de rafraßchissement, et le ménage du logement est moyen, il restait des cheveux et des poils derriÚre la porte des salles de bains, la cuisine et l'électroménager ne sont pas nettoyés lors de l'arrivée, ... à revoir c'est dommage car le séjour était vraiment trÚs sympa, en famille et la disposition du logement est trÚs bien ... Nous reviendrons sûrement

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s tardivement car rĂ©servation faite tard du coup appartement pas prĂȘt. Pas de mĂ©nage ni drap,ni serviettes. On nous a mis dans 1 chambre d'hĂŽtel avec vu sur mer Ă  la place du port sans balcon du coup. L'essentiel c'est qui nous est trouvĂ© de la place. Au final il ne faut pas rĂ©server tard et Ă  la derniĂšre minute car les prestations hĂŽteliĂšre ne sont pas assurĂ©es. Je ne comprends pas les logements sont censĂ©s ĂȘtre rendus pour 12h00.

La situation géographique est trÚs bien ainsi que la piscine . Par contre il manquait des draps pour les 2 lits d'une personne , pas de torchon pour la vaisselle . L'arrivée à 17h génÚre des queues à l'accueil ou une seule personne officiait les réservations de l'hÎtel, celles de la résidence, le service bar Je voudrais savoir ce que le mot taxe veut dire car j'ai du les payer dans votre facture et à l'hÎtel. . Correcte

appartement pour 6 personnes accompagnĂ©es d'un boxer, l'espace Ă©tait suffisant, on a passĂ© une nuit, on a mangĂ© le soir Ă  l'appart, le bĂ©mol Ă©tait la vaisselle pas forcĂ©ment trĂšs propre, j'ai relavĂ© avant de l'utiliser malgrĂ© le lave vaisselle prĂ©sent, je pense que ce n'est pas vĂ©rifier, le casseroles pourraient ĂȘtre changer Ă©galemnt et il manquait un rideau dans la chambre donnant dans le couloir. Sinon une belle vue sur le port face Ă  Deauville, trĂšs bonne situation gĂ©ographique, on peut tout faire Ă  pied et mĂȘme aller Ă  la plage.

Bonjour, Nous sommes arrivĂ© aprĂšs un assez long trajet avec notre bĂ©bĂ© de 1 an un vendredi aprĂšs midi. A l’arrivĂ© personne devant la rĂ©sidence, aucune information, jusqu’à ce que nous comprenions (seuls) qu’il fallait se rendre dans l’hĂŽtel voisin pour avoir accĂšs Ă  la residence. Inutile de prĂ©cisĂ© que le nom de la rĂ©sidence n’était Ă©crit nulle-part sur la devanture de la rĂ©sidence. Une fois ce problĂšme rĂ©solu nous avons enfin rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© les clĂ©s de notre studio, au 1er Ă©tage, la vue sur le port est ainsi inexistante. ArrivĂ© Ă  l’etage, les parties communes Ă©tant ouvertes sur l’extĂ©rieur nous faisons la connaissance d’insectes (peut ĂȘtre des poissons d’argent). ArrivĂ© dans la chambre nous trouvons de la poussiĂšre, un sol sombre et sale ( en tĂ©moigne le pantalon de mon fils qui rampe un peu partout)

personne attentif à l’hygiùne : s’abstenir

Manque d’hygiĂšne. PoussiĂšres, toiles d’araignĂ©es ! En pĂ©riode de Covid : honteux. À l’entrĂ©e dans le logement, mauvaise odeur de renfermĂ©, ce qui signifie pas de mĂ©nage donc aucune dĂ©sinfection !!! On part trĂšs rĂ©guliĂšrement en week-end, du jamais vue. Des locations chez particulier sont plus rigoureux. Je dĂ©conseille trĂšs fortement, surtout en cette pĂ©riode de pandĂ©mie.
