Das zentral gelegene, moderne Hotel mit Out-und Indoor Poolanlage und geschmackvoll gestalteten Zimmern hat überzeugt. Auch das Auto kann im Innenhof sicher parkiert werden. In 5min. mit dem Auto in der Altstadt Alcúdia und 2-3 Gehminuten steht man am Strand und in der Flaniermeile. Sehr gerne wieder.

Bordoy hotel was exceptional. The staff were really awesome and they made our stay very comfortable. The food was so good. I was glad I paid for half board. The restaurant was actually a 5 star for me too. I never expected much since it was an hotels restaurant but both the service and food was excellent.

More of a 4-star experience than 5-star While the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff do go above and beyond—especially considering they’re clearly understaffed—the overall experience fell short of 5-star expectations. Our AC was broken throughout our stay, and unfortunately, the only solution offered was to flip the breaker switch ourselves, which didn’t resolve the issue. The rooms could use better maintenance, particularly the showers and taps. With some updates and better attention to guest comfort, this place has real potential.
