I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offer every comfort you could wish for. The location is ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel’s amenities, especially the pool, spa, restaurant, were top-notch and made my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help with any request. It’s clear that they are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay! I would give it a 10 stars if I could!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! Our flight was later in the day so we used pool and snack/bar before we left! Hotel allowed us to use pool and showers at spa area while we stored our luggages! Location is close to everything we needed! Tried Indian (Namaste) restaurant and it was very good! Ate steaks, paella at nearby restaurants. It was okay. We took local buses to beaches, and tourist attractions! Public buses are easy to navigate. I wished we could stay here another night or more! We will stay at this hotel again!

Magnifique hôtel

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst bij een mooie entree. De kamer was ook prachtig, zoals op de foto en alles zeer schoon. Prima ligging tov strand (2 minuten lopen), eetgelegenheden (5 min lopen) en centrum Alcudia (20 minuten lopen). Het ligt wel aan een drukke weg. Daar heb je in de kamer geen last van (goed geïsoleerd) maar aan het zwembad soms wel. Daarnaast is er wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan de buitenkant en zwembad. Heeft nodig een opfrisbeurt nodig en losse plank met uitstekende spijkers bij de ligbedden, dit kan echt niet. Tot slot is het jammer dat de bar niet echt gebruikt wordt en er geen gezellige zitjes zijn om 's avonds nog even een drankje te doen, al kan dit wel op loopafstand bij andere tentjes. Heerlijk verblijf gehad maar met een aantal verbeterpunten

The hotel was nice and the staff very friendly. Room was clean but demands some reparation such as drawers in the wardrobe and the AC (we seemed to have a little problem with the humidity in our room). The food (only had breakfast) was good but very monotonous.

Had an overall great experience at the Bordoy Suites Hotel Port D’Alcudia. Everyone was extremely kind since our arrival, always smiling and trying to help us (but without being overly invasive). They even upgraded us from a suite to a rooftop terrace suite with jacuzzi, great touch! Breakfast was good quality but could use a few more food options. Pool towels could be upgraded as well. Just minor details to improve, definitely not enough to take a star away from an amazing stay!

We loved our stay at the hotel! We struggled to find a place to park so ended up paying for onsite parking which was totally worth it! The staff was incredible- from the front desk to the handy man everyone helped us!! The only Minor inconvenience was the AC in one of our rooms didn’t work parts of the time, but we still enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to Mallorca as soon as possible, it’s an incredible island!
