We were very happy with the property. The staff had excellent great communication, they offer a transportation service to and from the airport and the train terminal I would suggest using it, it was great price. When you're going up to your room we found out a little bit of the hard way they'll give you a key saying you're in room C308, realize when you get up to your floor there's also a D-wing or whatever other letters depending obviously on what floor you're on. Make sure you go to the correct wing, when you do head over to your wing you'll notice the hall is dark. Go to the first door and look on the side of the wall there's a little light switch it will turn the lights on for you. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area there is a little grocery store right across the street. We were in the one bedroom suite everything was excellent I would happily stay there again.

Good location but not fully two bathrooms as website said. It is only one full bathroom, one power room with toilet , one laundry room with a shower space. For 5 adults one bathroom is not enough. Laundry room is only washer. No clothes. dryer and no detergents provided . Not good for people has to do laundry after travelling for a weeks and for 5 adults. 3 bedrooms. Only one is good size. The other two rooms is very small only for one queen size bed. I don’t think I will rank it as 4 stars. 3 stars is about the level.

Management was friendly and helpful. It is difficult to drive to the hotel due to narrow one-way streets. Parking works very well in underground parking. The apartment was great, no complaints. Hallways in the hotel building need repainting because they are dirty. There are many restaurants in the area, also a great local food court. We were generally quite happy with our 3 nights stay in this central location of Budapest.

The staff at the customer service desk were very very helpful! They go above and beyond and we found Georg to be the gentleman who was amazing( the others are probably also but we tended to gravitate to him when we needed help. Our room was beautiful with a nice quiet terrace. The location was perfect! Close to shops restaurants and entertainment.

Wonderful central location, close to major metro lines, walkable distance to many attractions and the Danube. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and modern. The staff were efficient and helpful. We would stay here again.

The staff at the reception are extremely warm, kind, and friendly. Location of the property is excellent with everything available literally right outside the property. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the best sites to visit in Budapest were all within a 10 mins walk.

This place was incredibly clean. I own a cleaning company and ocd and I was really impressed with how clean my apt was. It’s within walking distance to local night life, restaurants, shopping and attractions. The restaurant downstairs had really good food. The only downfall was everything echoed in the hallways and up from the main floor.
