The room was not clean and we will not be able to have staff stay at this property again, they felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I don't understand how the rating on this place can match the description of the establishment I got from the staff member.

The best point about this property is its proximity to shopping and dining options. Its also very convenient to be able to do laundry in your room. Everything we need is provided so this is always our go-to property when in Auckland.

Staff were very friendly. Location was great, underground parking available. Rooms were a bit small but comfy. We had a rattle from the wind all night, but view was nice. lots of food options nearby, mall with cinemas right next door and bus stops very close.

The proximity was on point

The weather was amazing and the proximity to the bus station, the mall and the light rail station was fantastic. The lobby smelled so good it was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed two nights while in Auckland for a convention. It was great having kitchen facilities but also being super close to the shopping centre and lots of eating options. Super close to the due drop convention centre where we spent the days. The reception staff were lovely and great with communication.

We stay here every time we return to Auckland. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Location close to motorway and across street from westfields. Bedding so comfortable with very clean apartments. Just need to fix the broken window panel on balcony and clean the windows often not pleasant to look at i keep curtains closed.

Located literally across the carpark from the mall and with many eateries at your doorstep this hotel has the perfect location. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. My room had a closed in balcony which was unexpected but I loved it. And in the morning i could watch the sunrise from my room. The room was great, very clean and tidy and a good size. I would have loved to stay longer and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

I was disappointed when we unlocked the door to our apartment and a pungent smell of curry permeated throughout the whole apartment. I went down to reception and let them know, they were very apologetic and gave us a new apartment. The ladies at reception were fabulous!

Have stayed there before and will stay there again. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms including kitchenette. Secure covered carpark available for a small charge. So handy to Manukau facilities including eateries. Walking distance to the Bus Station and Train Station. Easy access to the airport by bus, taxi or car. Easy access to the Southern and South Western Motorways. This is on the flight path to Auckland Airport which some people will say is noisy but my kids just love - who needs a TV ?? Thanks Proximity..

I want to thank the lovely Māori or Pacific woman who checked us in. She was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Truly hospitable and great customer service. Hotel is in a great location and the studio room truly exceeded my expectations. Bed was so comfy and modern. Shower temperature and pressure was amazing! Worth every cent. I would totally go there again. Also appreciated all staff i came across and communicated with prior and during our stay, so pleasant to deal with and so willing to go above and beyond. I felt so well looked after. Keep up the great work!
