Checks all my boxes. Good friendly staff, clean, nice location. In suite laundry, kitchen, plenty of space, and dual balconies made the 1 bedroom premier room perfect. The breakfast is tasty with Thai options rotating daily; All the curries were delicious and spicy as they should be. The breakfast staff assisted me in ensuring I had fresh ground coffee from the machine. The pool was great, very refreshing, clean and tranquil. The staff here are all great 5 star review, but I would still like to see the TV’s be Smart, so as to stream content such as Netflix. There is only basic cable, few English channels. Entertainment would be nice. Coffee in the room greatly lacks; instant coffee is not good; all it would take is a French press and fresh ground coffee to make me really happy

Excellent short stay!

This aparthotel is a 5-10 min walk from Thonglor BTS, which makes it convenient to get around the city. Hotel tuk-tuk can drop you off at the station if you don't want to walk in the heat. The area is not overrun with tourists, and has many Japanese/Korean restaurants and cheap (but delicious) street food. I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable. Infinity pool was gorgeous and you can have breakfast inside or poolside. Only minor complaint was the poor shower design that left the floor wet. Room was very clean, modern and affordable. Definitely would return!

Es war stabil aber es fehlte Seele

Gute Lage in Thong Lo. es gibt einen kostenlosen Transfer zum Skytrain und anderen Orten in der Nähe. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer geräumig und modern. Leider war das Besteck in den Schubladen teilweise dreckig. Bis auf das, war alles stabil aber eben ohne Seele. Was auch daran liegen kann, dass vor dem Hotel gebaut wird und deshalb der Flair in Teilen dort natürlich nicht durchkommt. Was mich gestört hat, weil es nicht klar kommuniziert war - wir hatten für drei gebucht. 2 Erwachsene ein Kind. Es stand das Zimmer ist für drei geeignet und vor Ort erfuhren wir dann, dass es kein Ausziehsofa ist, sondern man für etwas über 1000 Baht die Nacht noch ein extra Beistellbett dazubuchen muss. Hier wäre eine klare Kommunikation dazu vorab gut gewesen. Das Personal àwar sehr freundlich.

Spacious aparthotel and awesome stay

We had 6 days 5 nights a wonderful stay at Somerset Thonglor. This is a serviced apartment. The room is spacious, with clean and comfortable rooms and a very nice bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Great amenities from kitchen to the bathroom. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service from everyone, from housekeeping to the shuttle service. A special shoutout to Tu (or Ning), the shuttle driver, who was absolutely amazing. He took great care of us, making sure we got to Thong Lo smoothly and ensuring all our luggage was securely loaded. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay with top-notch service!
