9th floor apartment.

Stayed for two weeks, in 9th floor apartment , which was not as good as previously stayed on 14th floor which had a bigger and better situated balcony. Generally facilities and cleanliness were good although washing machine needed my wife’s attention (deep clean).

Firstly, check in good and staff really friendly and helpful. Room was fine and facilities ok. Very spacious and clean. However, there was next to no wi-fi in the room we were in. We did report it and was told they would try to reset it, but it was still terrible.

Unfortunately the property was dirty had bugs the corridor had a bad smell. One of the nights the lifts didnt work so we had to use stairs and then there was renovations on one day in the above level drilling started like 7 30am

Apartment had all the basics needed, including one sachet of washing powder and dishwasher detergent. It had a pretty horrid smell when we arrived but opening the windows had it gone within a few hours (maybe it was cooking from the next apartment not cleaning products).
