Location is truly central and walkable - around the corner is a large supermarket, directly across is a local convenience store and two Oxxo's (convenience store chain) are across either end of the block.

The room itself was nice. Has an apartment feel. The area is a little shady. Definitely would not do alone especially at night. Slow check in and no early check in. Could have used some additional items in the kitchen especially rather sparse compared to the one in Mexico City.

Nice place and people. Area is a little sketchy at night, so I highly recommend a ride share, however the property itself is pretty secure. Good value.

Great place great people

Unfortunately this place looks better in pictures in person it dirty sheets are stained witch looked like blood .. my 7 year old son got bed big bites .. no parking only parking was up front which was from 8pm-8am if not u will get towed .. for what I paid I was expecting at least nice sheets

The property is a uniquely renovated building that is 3 stories high with a rooftop patio on the north side. It is very well-kept and clean. The location is excellent for the old town area of Tijuana. The rooftop patio is very lovely. The rooms are darker than I would like because there is very little natural light that gets in through the colored glass block windows. Other than that it is a great property.

There was lots of noise very late into the night and very early in the morning. There wasn’t much to cook with and the basics were lacking dish soap kitchen towels wash cloths and paper towels. It was as minimal as you can get. The gym was weak and no towels or cups for water.

Unfortunately not safe place for women. I was woken up to the security guard opening the door to my room at 3:30AM and closing it after hearing my dog bark at them. I was terrified. After this incident I went to security to let them know someone opened my door. There he admitted that it was he who had opened my door. He said his supervisor sent him to look for towels in vacant rooms. After this, I became worried to speak to administration because I felt unsafe that “staff” had access to rooms and were sending “staff” to look for towels in vacant rooms at 3:30AM. Super sketch experience, I felt I was going to be traffic i do not recommend this place for women or anyone alone.

UNSAFE - my wife and I were traveling with our 2 daughters, before bed, we took additional precautions just to be safe. We placed a chair in front of the door to deter someone from coming in at night. We turned off all the lights and went to sleep. At around 1:30am i heard a noise and a door shut, I saw the lights on so I immediately got up and went to towards the noise. To my surprise the chair had been moved about 12 inches and someone had turned on the lights. I called the host, Randall and the front desk and no answer. I get it, it was 1:30am. I called Randall the next day and explained what had happened. He said he would get back to me the day after but its been 2 full days and I haven’t heard back. Stay away if you’re traveling with little ones.
