Clean apartment rooms with excellent room service every day when needed. Friendly staff who are very helpful. The hotel is in an area downtown that is walkable to most places and about a 15-20 min walk to the waterfront. It was right next to the conference centre. There is free parking for hotel guests as well which was very handy as we rented a car for our trip.

The person who checked us in did not give us an upgrade or free breakfast. We got a bottle of wine. However, the front desk is very helpful. They provided us with 2 adapters. We were able to get local currency exchange immediately and they went a mile to accompany us to a grocery/convenience store. We forgot the name of the person who showed us visually where to pick up the hop on and off bus. He even checked on us while we were at Burger King to make sure we were ok. They were very courteous. The date of our stay was Feb. 7 -9.

Everything of an apartment amenities available. Very clean. Modern design style. Very well located. Quiet and safe. Easy and secure indoor car parking. Cafe-restaurant downstairs serves excellent breakfast. Has very nice staff. Internet speed is sometimes slow. Almost impossible to reach front desk from room by phone.

The room is not soundproof so you can have sleepless nights if you have neighbours who watch TV all night. The area is not the most convenient in term of dining option close by and we had to use Uber more often than we expected. Can be convenient for business but would not return for a vacation stay.

Amazing stay!

I can't say enough good things about this amazing property and the service! The location is great and very Central. The rooms are very clean, modern and roomy. The best part about the stay was the service though. I mean wow! From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of so well and I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Lunga who was amazing and made sure my wife and I were taken care of. He is very good at his job and should certainly be considered for a managerial role there!
