This is a condo in the heart of Hot Springs Village so you can expect the woods with peace and quiet. The only complaint that I could have is the lack of lighting at night on the grounds. As well as the condo walls are a bit thin so you will probably hear almost any and everything. Also, there are limited big franchise food places however if you are willing to try some local restaurants, then you will be okay. Plus there's a Brookshire grocery store so it's not that bad or anything.

It was perfect for our family of four. We booked both A/B apartments so the kids could sleep in a bed, not on a couch and it couldn’t be better. Ample room to relax and both apartments come with kitchens for you to make your own meals and save $$ while on vacation. This truly made our vacation relaxing. Checking in was a bit tricky but you get messages from the host with clear directions and they have an after-hour number you can call for any issues you run into. Will definitely book again and highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend this place for anyone staying in Hot Springs area! Check in was a breeze, the facility was very clean and amazing. Our rooms were apartment style and the setup was amazing. The kids got their own quarters separate from us. Very safe and quiet area and also is within a 24/hr security checkpoint which added a safer secure feeling. Will definitely stay here again next time!

The tub didn’t work , the shower spit out water everywhere & some of the towels had stains. I’ve stayed plenty of times at this location & I’ve never had as many problems as I did with my last stay.
