Guests at this beach cottage will appreciate convenient on-site amenities such as a playground and barbecue grills. All accommodations are individually decorated and offer DVD players and hairdryers. Guests will find kitchens with fridges, ovens, stovetops and microwaves.
Beach Place Guesthouses offers 17 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature DVD players and coffee/tea makers. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Beds feature premium bedding. Great stay on Cocoa Beach

This was a wonderful place! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was very close to the beach. It was pretty quiet, at least our room was. The front desk lady was friendly. We are already planning to return.

Nice Hidden Treasure

The staff was wonderful, from check-in to check-out. The property has to walk outs to the beach and nice amenities (fire pit and covered porch area for hanging out during the day or night. I will stay here again.

A step back in time. šŸ˜

This is our second stay here. We love it. It is a bit dated, but that adds to the charm. You really just feel like you stepped back in time walking onto the property. A beatiful view at this beachfront property. We will be back!

Anniversary Trip

We had a truly amazing time, the staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is right on the beach and provides chairs, hammocks, grills and a very eclectic style. We relaxed, unplugged and enjoyed the natural soothing rhythm of the ocean. We will be back!!!
