Guests at this beach cottage will appreciate convenient on-site amenities such as a playground and barbecue grills. All accommodations are individually decorated and offer DVD players and hairdryers. Guests will find kitchens with fridges, ovens, stovetops and microwaves.
Beach Place Guesthouses offers 17 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature DVD players and coffee/tea makers. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Beds feature premium bedding. Gorgeous grounds and patios right on beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed in the room but with this amazing patio and grounds didn’t want to spend much time in room…listening to waves from hammock was heavenly!!

The beach house was a perfect place to stay on our Florida trip. The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed for our short stay. We were steps away from the beach which made it even more worth our short stay. We brought our 3 young kids and I know they will remember this for a very long time!! If we ever come back, I know we would stay here again!

Absolutely loved this place. Was there with my daughter and grandchildren for my birthday. Great place if you have small children because of the location and being right on the beach, you don’t have to drag all of your things very far. The owner Is so friendly and welcoming she definitely makes you want to come back. I thought the price was reasonable. If you going for an overnight or a weekend or a week I think it is a wonderful place to stay.

Great stay!!

This is a fantastic place to stay. They have beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs …and a helpful and pleasant manager. It is older and not perfect but it was clean. I will go back. Beach is family friendly.

The location of this hotel and how close it is to the beach was amazing! We loved that you could walk to the beach and have easy access to come back for snacks and anything you might have forgotten. We used the outdoor eating and hangout areas every day to eat with friends we were staying with. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and make ourselves feel at home. All the staff was extra friendly and welcoming and came daily to empty our trash and supply any clean towels we needed.

Amazing place to stay.

This place was amazing! The property was so peaceful and laid back. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for a more quiet vacation. The condo felt very homey and cozy. Staff was also friendly. This will be a place that I will come back to if I’m in the area again.

We loved everything about our stay here except the bathroom shower curtain liner was moldy. Those are inexpensive and easy to replace but make a big difference in the cleanliness of a bathroom.
