Great location! Clean and comfortable!

Enjoyed our stay. It was in a good location so we were able to get around to a number of tourist sights and shopping quite easily. the self check-in was awkward as machine was very slow and we had trouble getting into the lobby to do it. Luckily a kind lady came along and let us in. The only problem was the lock on the door wasn’t working properly and we had to fiddle with it to get it to lock each time. We couldn’t call as we had no cell service for Norway.

Cozy and interesting space. Simple furniture and generic design but a peaceful room up in the rafters of the building. Check-in machine and instructions were a breeze. Apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very basic but included everything we needed. Efficient and clean kitchenette. A regular table and chairs would be preferable to the rather wobbly high-top and stools. Location was absolutely perfect and the breakfast was very nice, with high-quality ingredients — a lovely touch.

The huge advantage of staying in Arbins Gate is it's right downtown so very convenient for getting around etc. The description did not say that it was a Studio though, so I was disappointed. The main problem I had was the cooking plates didn't work. They were very slow to respond and tried to "fix" it twice by just flicking the main fuse in the hallway. It lasted about 1 hr and then it blew again. I complained and they gave me free breakfasts for my last 3 days. Overall not great although the staff were very friendly.

Clean and comfortable apartment hotel. Decent siE

Close to Main Street Karl Johans. Room is clean and reasonable size. Bathroom water is good. Close to train station. Check in building is a bit far about 10 min walk one way. Will be better if there is a number to call for questions at least till 10:00pm.

Apartment in Oslo

This apartment is in a very good location. However, people who want to rent should be aware in advance what they are signing on for. The inconveniences for me were: 1. The location where the keys are picked up from and the apartment are 1 km apart. Having to carry many luggages between the two is not easy. 2. Once in, it seams that you are responsible for everything in terms of maintenance because there is nobody who will come to clean up or change the towels for example. In conclusion, this is not a HOTEL and you should be aware if this is what you are looking for. Otherwise, accommodation was ok.

Close to all places of interest

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The hotel is situated right in the center of the city, so everything (restaurants, interesting sights, shops) is in a walking distance. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our luggage did not arrive and we left the staff to deal with its delivery while we were in Denmark at the time. Will definitely stay in the hotel again.
