We loved our stay. It is right near the beach. Walking distance to everything in Port Douglas. Restaurants, bars, shopping! Loved this town and sad to leave. Everyone who worked here was super friendly and helpful!

Clean and tidy. Plenty of beach stuff that can be used, towels etc. Trollies to take beach paraphernalia down to the seaside. Easy access to food shops, coffee and breakfast bars and a great selection of restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at By the Sea. It has everything - Bikes, board games, water cooler, in room kitchen and washer/dryer, all beach gear. And most importantly if is a minute away from the beach , walking distance from Shopping and dining options. Good for family stay
