Spacious appartment worth a visit

We stayed for the Cycle Tour and were made to feel extremely welcome from start to finish. The appartment was extremely spacious and large balcony. We didn't go to the pool or have breakfast but it all looked good.

Great location for a family trip.

Great location in Green Point, we were able to walk to the V & A area during the daytime. The 2 bed apartment was spacious, well furnished and had good views from the master bedroom and lounge. It was cold during our stay and there was excellent under floor heating and a wall heating unit. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. They had helped us prior to our stay with organising a transfer from and to the airport, which was most helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We felt very safe during our stay.

3 night stay in Cape Town at the start of an African adventure. Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, good location, 15 mins to beach, and to V&A. The apartment is probably the best we’ve stayed in (penthouse/honeymoon) especially for the money charged. Full high end kitchen, en suite, separate bathroom, 4 balconies and roof terrace. Jacuzzi wasn’t working properly but still 5 stars

My family and I had the most phenomenal experience. The hotel apartment is located in a safe walkable location. Excellent communications, cleanliness is superb. The staff is spectacular and courteous. The restaurant staff are amazing and the food is so delicious. A special thank you to staff members Ruby, Thandiszwa, Ubuntu, Jimmie, and all the staff members, you are so very special and appreciated. They were so welcoming, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were home away from home. I will always be eternally grateful for your hospitality. The hotel is very nice and the restaurant and front desk people were amazing. Jimmy helped us get food ordered in and set up an amazing tour or Langa Township. My only minor complaints were that our tap in the sink had very low pressure (it was good enough so we didn’t alert the hotel until we were leaving) and, while there is air conditioning for the summer, there is no heat during the winter. It wasn’t a huge issue but there weather was quite cool and rainy during our stay (Aug. 18 - 25) and a few days in the hotel were quite cool. This would not be an issue most of the year.

Romney Luxury apartments provide luxury without the expensive price. We stayed here for a week and we loved it. The hotel itself it beautiful and clean! The rooms are very spacious with a kitchen and balcony! Free Breakfast and a bartender is on site! The staff is amazing. I can't recall everyones name, but Jimmy is the best around. Anything that we needed or asked, he went above and beyond to find it or get it for us. He always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome! He gave us recommendations and made sure that we had everything we needed. Jimmy is truly a gem. Also the lady at the front desk is also really nice. She always greeted us with a smile and provided us with great customer service. The kitchen staff and bartenders were all friendly and welcoming. Whenever I am in Cape Town, Romney Park is the only place I will stay!!!

Cape-towns brightest gem Apart-Hotel

Fantastic stay, easy check-in superb apartment - it is almost impossible ta expect more at this very reasonable rate! Loved the fantastic in room coffee and tea service one of the best on offer ! Really a great reception with the charming and lovely Ruby at the front desk :-)

The property is an apartment building with many residents so it is not a hotel, though it provides many of the same services as a hotel. Our apartment was outstanding! We wanted to move in! Very spacious, beautifully furnished, all very functional, except for the tub in the master bathroom, which looked as though it could be dangerous (I didn't use it). But the other bathroom had a good shower so we both used that. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The did several "extras" like printing out my PCR test results, calling uber taxis for us, etc. Overall, the Romney Park is an excellent choice. It's only downside was the lack of convenience stores (like Spar) or any restaurants nearby. But it only takes about 10-15 minutes by uber to go to the V&A waterfront where there is a great variety of restaurants and shops. The trip only takes about 50 rand, so less than US$4.00
