スタッフの対応やホテルの高級感は満足だが、値段の割にベッドの端が破けていたり、トイレが臭かったり、湿度が異常に低く乾燥しっぱなしだったりと残念な部分が多かった。もう閉館してしまうので改善はしないだろうが、そこらへんは直してほしかった。

吉祥寺の繁華街を抜けた東急デパートの近くにあります。駅からは5-6分でしょうか。非常に便利な立地で、飲食や日用品など足りない物はすぐ調達出来ます。受験生の子と滞在しましたが、カイロとチョコレート、消毒液をプレゼントして頂き、温かな気持ちになりました。室内にはカウンターデスクと小さなテーブルがあります。また機会があれば宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。

年度内にもう一度伺いたいホテル

　心地よく過ごさせていただきました。スタッフの皆様もどこでも暖かく対応下さり、がっかりする場面が一度もありませんでした。 　お部屋はこじんまりとした感じが逆に落ち着き清潔感もありました。ベットカバーの色味もちょっと和っぽいかわいさが。室内、無機質でなくちょっとウッディな部分がありもホッとします。 　仕方のないことですが、やはり乾燥が強く湯を張ったりなどしましたが…それだけはちょっと辛かったです。年度末で終了というのは本当でしょうか…残念です。

ちょうどいいホテルでした。

全体的には良いホテルだと思います。 買い物などにも便利で、内装も清潔感があり、スタッフの方も対応はスムーズでした。 ダブルデッカートリプルという部屋でしたが、ロフト(?)のベッドが寝返りするたびギシギシとうるさかったので、それさえ無ければ文句は無いです。

部屋自体はとても清潔で静かでよかったです。冷蔵庫がほとんど効いていないので飲み物が冷えなかったのが残念でした。

The parking fees are too expensive. The parking fee was 1600 yen for one night as a staying guest if you had membership of the Daiichi Hotel chain. Now they are charging 2200yen if you make reservations through Expedia. Tokyu Rei In Kichijoji is 1300 yen per night.

冷たい対応でした。

滞在中に来客がありフロントの前には椅子しかなく、落ち着いた場所で話したかったため、コロナで閉鎖中とは理解していたがラウンジのテーブル席を短時間だけ利用できないかとフロントの方にお願いしたところ、「ラウンジのスタッフがいませんし、テーブルがないと困るんですか、部屋ではダメなんですか」と言われ諦めた。無理なお願いだったのかもしれないが、もう少し柔らかい断り方はできないのか。 今まで何度か宿泊し気持ちよく利用していたのに、その一人のスタッフの対応でがっかりした。

吉祥寺ステイにおすすめのホテル

吉祥寺のホテルに宿泊するのは初めてでしたが、駅からも近く、すぐ近くに吉祥寺を満喫できそうなお店も沢山ありました。 また、朝食も今はバイキングを避け、和洋食御膳として出していただき、おかわり自由で受験生の息子には力になったのではないかと思います。 コロナの影響もあり、消毒や検温などもう対策されており安心して宿泊できました。
久しぶりのホテル滞在でした。 ベットの脇には小さなベンチとテーブル💕
朝食もお勧めです。
EVから吹き抜けのアトリウムを見る。 朝食のレストランはこのアトリウムの中。コンパクトなディズニーランドの中のレストランにいる様な気分。
