The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Front desk hours are limited and located on the second floor of the building. The hotel has to communicate and leave instructions on how to enter the building as we were let in from a very friendly resident. Great restaurants around and the atmosphere was amazing.

We are a family with one 15 month old toddler and travelled from Canada to Krakow as my husband was there for work. We actually stayed in Krakow for about two weeks already at other hotels like Hotel Unicus Palace (5 star), Bonerowski Palace (5 star), and Imperial Hotel (4 star) which are all in Old Town (like Bracka 6) & very close to the main market square. After staying at all of those hotels, I wish we had stayed at Bracka 6 Apartments the whole time. It was equally as beautiful and modern as Hotel Unicus Palace but with a much more affordable price. It was a decently-sized room (we had Room 307 that faces Bracka Street). The shower was nice and hot and had great pressure. Note, only one of the units have a bathtub which you need to request for early ahead of time if that is something you want. The kitchen counter is designed perfectly for travelers like us and includes an induction stovetop on the counter. They provided cookware, cutlery, plates, bowls, salt, pepper, cutting board, etc. and it was so easy to cook for our baby (which I couldn't do at the other hotels). I loved their Nespresso machine. They supplied us with a baby crib and to top it off, added a bin of toys for our daughter to play with and a bottle warmer, which was so thoughtful. Barbara was so helpful with arranging our airport transfers with a baby car seat too. Note, the hotel is doors down from a night club so Thu, Fri & Sat you can hear people and music outside but it wasn't too bad. Loved our stay.

Top notch apartment in the heart of Krakow

I was subdued by the photographs of this place when I booked online and boy, was I right about this one! Pictures can't give full credit for the beauty yet rustic Polish charm of this place, located at less than 5 minute from Krakow's renowned Rynek. Everything is close at hand: easy walk to the Rynek, 10-15 minutes walk to Wawel Castle, 25 minutes walk to Jewish Quarter. I fell in love with the place, Polish people are warm and always smiling (most of them), women here are just gorgeous with their blue eyes and candid smile, lovely Barbara at the reception will melt your heart away. I will be back for more!

A great value close to the main square.

A great value close to the main square. Lots of restaurants nearby and it is within walking distance to many tourist sites. The apartment was well appointed and even had a small balcony overlooking one of the streets that leaf to the square. There was no elevator and it is up a few flights of stairs. It didn't bother us, but you may want to take that into account.

A Great Hotel

Although there is no elevatory in this hotel I was fortunate enough to have a wonderful taxi driver who, upon my arrival, assumed possession of my suitcase and carried it up to Reception on the 2nd floor. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and was assigned a lovely room. I would highly recommend visiting Rakowicki Cemetery (30 min. walk from Sq.) with its beautiful trees, monuments and sculptures. Schindler's Factory (actually an administrative building) is huge but mostly concerned with WW2 events (Schindler memorabilia in 2 rooms only). Wawel Royal Castle (10 minute walk) is a must see (grounds open free of charge). Jewish District not very interesting. As part of "Hop On" bus tour take their mini van to Kosciuszko Mound (man made hill) with 360 degree view of Krakow. I found Poland in general to have many wonderful green spaces and to be very pedestrian friendly. I liked Krakow a lot.

Beautiful apartment with outstanding service

Close to the main square and very comfortable

We stayed three nights at Bracka 6. It was in a very convenient location, close to the main square. Lots of lovely little places to eat nearby. We stayed in Room 1.2 right near the reception area, a studio apartment. Very nice modern furnishings. Good air conditioning. It was nice being able to use the kitchenette mainly to make our own coffee and tea. Chocolates were left on our pillow 2 out of the 3 nights and when we arrived there were some peanuts and pretzels and water left for us. No chocolate covered strawberries or cookies! maybe you have to rent a more expensive room to receive the little treats left by the cleaning staff that some reviewers mentioned. Barbara at the front desk was very friendly and arranged our tours to both Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. We enjoyed both the tours and it was handy being picked up directly from the hotel. Wee did hear that it is quite easy to do the Salt Mine tour on your own if you want to save some money. 79 zl plus a couple of zl for the train vs. 140 zl. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Of every place I have stayed for business or pleasure, this is the best place for everything! Very nice reception, super helpful and accommodating in anything asked. The place was a big wow, where even 5 star hotels in Singapore could not compare.

A dream hotel in the heart of Krakow!

We absolutely loved our recent stay & would highly recommend these apartments to anyone traveling to Krakow! We had a spacious one bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room & balcony. The rooms were beautiful, the service was fantastic, amenities were restocked daily with water, coffee, snacks and treats. The location was perfect, with less than 20 steps to the main square of Old Town Krakow, and walking distance to the Wawel Palace and Jewish quarter. The front desk staff helped us with restaurant recommendations as well as bookings for travel to the Salt Mine in Wieliczka, Auschwitz/Birkenau, and onward to our next destination. Absolutely fabulous!
