The studio I used was spotless and good decor. I liked the matching toiletries and big bathroom. The bed being at the side of the wall was a bit of a challenge but I could move it a little. The whole property is lovely, safe and easily to get to the tube station or walking area.

So delighted with our accommodations

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable 6 night stsy, including VERY HELPFUL free laundry machines on the premises. Bright, quiet, beautifully lit hallways and elevator led to quiet room with excellent bed plus kitchenette. The neighborhood is great with a tube stop around the corner and a large park 1/2 block away. Pret a Manger on the corner provided an easy, inexpensive breakfast option. Will definitely stay at this property again next time.

Great quality, location

Great little apartment hotel! Bed area was a little tight but we did go for the bigger bed. Very clean, modern, welcoming staff. Location is also nice, very quiet but very close to lots to do including a very close tube station.

Can walk almost everywhere!

Great stay in a deluxe studio. Everything in good working order and the place was clean and tranquil. Loved having a kitchenette and a supermarket within walking distance. The communal washer and dryer (2 of each) worked perfectly!!!

We stayed here one night on January 28. After a long flight, we were greeted by the kind and welcoming manager. I wish I knew her name because she was fantastic at her job! The room was just what we needed - a comfy bed, a good shower, and a mini frig. The room was super clean, too. We would definitely stay there again!

This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very discrete which actually made it feel very safe. It is more like a converted house than a traditional hotel with lobby. Each room has a video doorbell. Room and property very clean, bed very comfortable and all necessary amenities included such as kettle, tea and coffee, smart TV, great shower, air con etc. Great value, very pleasantly surprised would stay again.

Great find. Great location. Small but wouldn't really expect anything else in London and that was up upgrading to bi9gger room but apartment had everything we needed. Very close to underground so super handy for everything. Lovely location, really nice reception and entrance. We were on the 3rd floor but had very small window, would have been nice to have chosen a room with a view.

Nice property.

Everything went according to plan.The only negative comment we have was the litter in the street but the whole of London was grubby. This is not helped by large numbers of dogs using christmas displays and planters as a toilet.We hope to stay again at this property.Friendly staff.

Very comfortable stay

Very conveniently located. Check in process was a bit vague, but we managed to do it OK. Property manager, John, was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we go to London next time.
