Our lovely home away from home. No blackout blinds but perfect for us as we are morning people and waking up to the early sun lightly beaming in. The property was nice, but our room was very musky smelling and the a/c unit was dripping and damp on to the carpet before we arrived. We were told not use turn the ac lower than 24 degrees which was fine if you turned the fan on the unit high. We were there during the summer months and heat wave. Just found the musky room odd and it was the only hotel In Japan we encountered this with.

The property was very clean and comfortable for families. Toiletries were excellent. Washer and dryer was free. Would definitely look at Mimaru properties first before other hotels when we visit again.
