This property was located close to the train station. We stayed here as a stop over before flying out of Paris. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. It was walking distance to Petite France and the main attractions of old Strasbourg. Would stay there again.

The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is comfortable, I have a king bed. A shopping mall with a supermarket within 5 mins walk. There is a washer/dryer for use for 8 euro but have to buy your own soap which I think the hotel should provide. Also there is no washing detergent for the dishes which you also have to buy and throw away most of it.

Comfortable and well located.

Very nice apt-hotel; very clean with comfortable beds. The staff are very helpful. It is conveniently close (8 min) to the train station and 10-15 min walk downtown. Or one can take the # 2 streetcar which runs from downtown to the train station. Our apt overlooked a main street so there was car and streetcar noise at night. That is what ear plugs are for. One minor suggestion, cleaning staff should check between guests to make sure that there are full sets (in this case 2) of dishes. There was 2 of everything but 1 plate when we arrived.

Great air conditioned space in the heat of Europe. And pool. Could walk everywhere. Space for family of 4 was good. Prior guests left a huge mess in a room. Staff handled it best they could.

Last minute booking to Strasbourg

I planned out the trip to Strasbourg a day before I left. This hotel, located close to the train station and a 5-minute brisk walk to the old island, had a vacancy. As others have said, the kitchenette doesn't have dish-soap or coffee filters. The bed was of average comfort. The AC was easy to control. Although my room faced the street, there wasn't much noise after 10pm. My only complaints: the toilet paper holder had been bent, so the toilet paper had to rest on the floor; another guest had smeared dark pink lipstick on the back of the bathroom door that the cleaning staff didn't see. Comfortable, quiet, great location

Nice, clean hotel. Wi-fi service was ok, but not great as it frequently "dropped". Most counter staff was friendly and helpful, so it was disappointing that the young lady I dealt with was not terribly interested in providing service. The pool/gym could be open longer. It is not supervised anyway, and 8pm closing does not leave much time after a day of work.
