Ainoa miinus oli se, ettÀ huoneiston lÀmpötilan sÀÀtelyyn meni koko parin pÀivÀn loma. LattialÀmmitys oli niin tehokas, ettÀ termostaatit piti laittaa n. 15 asteeseen, jotta asunnossa oli sopiva lÀmpötila (maaliskuu). Kaikkiaan asunto oli oikein viihtyisÀ ja sopiva kolmihenkisen perheen tarpeisiin. Voin suositella lÀmpimÀsti!
