I really enjoyed my stay. I needed somewhere to stay overnight on my journey from Cairns to Brisbane where I could have a relaxing evening, hot shower and comfortable sleep and I so appreciated being able to have my little dog with me. South Gladstone Motel ticked all the boxes for me.

We chose this hotel as it was pet friendly as we were travelling with our cat Raven. Room was small but cosy. Floor felt a little slippery especially when you got out of the shower. There was no wifi in the room that we stayed in, but that was OK. The staff text me to let me know where the key for the room would be and when checking out, we just had to drop it back in the key return box. Simple and easy! Would definitely stay there again!

The only not so good thing is they don't have WiFi, the room is small but how much room do you need to sleep. Very clean and air conditioning was cold, good night sleep, will stay again.
