The property is a few minutes walk from one of the main train stations. The area is quite busy and is alive 24/7. This is ideal for some people like myself. The location of the property made it very easy to get around.

Location is great, very close to the train station with a very big room. The noise cancelation was great, one touch to turn off all lights, blanket covering instead of under sheets. However, there was multiple broken/inconvenient pieces within the room. Shower drain was clogged, mechanic to switch shower head was missing and needs replacement. Overall good but the small things make it less than perfect.

Was super excited to stay there but unfortunately I accidentally searched and booked a room for October 2/3, instead of 3/4 at 11:55pm after flying in from Canada and being exhausted. I called the hotel immediately and asked if they could please help me and rectify my screw up. They said no, I’d have to go through Expedia. I have dealt with a TON of hotels that have been booked through Expedia and they are usually able to make changes if something happens. I got a hold of an awesome agent through Expedia and she tried dealing with them directly as well. They said that I can put in a new booking for the next day, pay again, and then they can forward my request to the manager to see if I can get a refund. So pay another 360$ and hope that they would refund me in 5 business days. Cmon. I know I screwed up, but it was a screw up minutes before midnight and I’m sure the change in the booking wouldn’t have put the hotel out. I offered to pay any difference and penalty/admin fee for their time. Anyways, lesson learned. There are hotels that are willing to help and care about their customers and others that don’t, and it’s just sad.

Pros: close to the train station, friendly staff with good English, clean room, excellent breakfast buffet for 9 euros, gym. Cons: area around the hotel is sketchy with lots of homeless, there are no good restaurants around, have to reserve laundry (we reserved but still could not use the dryer right after washing and had to wait).

This property was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that the recommended parking is expensive because of the way they calculate “a day”.
