MISSING PERSONAL ITEMS, BEWARE We were checking out at 11am but wanted to explore Milan for a few more hours before our train left so we stored our bags at the reception. However, after we picked up our bags and were at the train station I noticed that my sunglasses and my Nintendo switch were gone from my backpack. This is the only place they could have gone missing as we took the taxi to the train station. This place did nothing to help even after reaching out. They just said they will "ask the cleaners if they found anything" but never followed up. They are slow to respond too. There was also a person clearly sleeping in the lobby of the place for some reason with blankets and their things scattered around but they didn't look like a tourist. Would not recommend staying here.

It was such a cute place. Our room had a little kitchenette with a nice balcony looking over the garden courtyard! Staff was friendly and helpful! We had car trouble and we’re late for our check in by a few minutes but they were really kind about the situation.

nice hotel, near bus station and minimarkets.

it was a good experience. the hotel is clean and all the basic requirements are there. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is wifi and the kitchen was equiped appropriately. The residence is near bus station with easy access to down town and Milan central station.

Review for a two week stay

Overall the hotel was O.K. for a long term stay. The bathrooms were run down and there was a lot of dark build up around the showers. I was extremely allergic with the air conditioner running so the ducts are likely very dusty. That being said, it is nice to have your own kitchenette to cook meals, and it was very secure/safe. I think it is good value for what your paying. I stayed in a double room and single room - the double room was almost twice the size and well worth the extra money per night if you are planning a long stay, even by yourself.

Great experience

The place was really close to the m4 metro station. Great and safe neighborhood (at least our experience) I had a personal problem with my luggage and everyone was really helpful even though they had nothing to do with my problem. The rooms are a bit old but really comfortable and clean. Our double room was actually larger than they were in the photos.

Un alojamiento normal

Una estancia tranquila para un viaje de negocios. El pasillo apesta a tabaco (estuve en la segunda planta). Tenía una pequeña cocina con todo lo que necesitaba. Hay una puerta que separa el cuarto de dormir de la entrada de ka habitación y esto aísla un poco el ruido externo. Es práctico para acceder a la propiedad.
