Look elsewhere.

The hotel is LOUD. Traffic outside is non stop. Banging from the people above us woke us up everyday as did the phone ringing at the front desk. Coffee pods weren’t filled, water wasn’t provided (like every other hotel). Front desk staff were lovely and helpful, but I really wished we stayed somewhere else.

The building we stayed in accommodated my walking issue by having an elevator. Breakfasts were great, maybe a daily change of food, same everyday. A variety of different dishes but main meal same.

Location in overall is good location but services does not ventilation!!! this hotel has three seperated building so after check in you shold walking to street and after 200ft enter other building. suit apartment was clean and device was functional and internal of building was safe. However,rooms windows was not sound proof so we heard street noises like we are in roof top!! shower was leaking. Any way breakfast was great. in head building that we checkin. breakfast area was very good decorated,clean and family friendly. Staffs were freindly.

Excellent room for a family of four in a lovely area of Athens. Bring ear plugs though as room was not soundproofed and we could hear every footstep, jump, bump, thud, etc. from the room above throughout the night. Used earplugs on night number two and we slept better. Our expedia VIP gold status didn’t lead to any perk or upgrade at the property. We mentioned this at checkin and front staff just said Expedia didn’t notify them of our gold status.

Our room was clean with a nice balcony, and big enough for the crib the hotel provided for our 11 month old son. The bathroom was nice, large and modern. We also enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to everything we needed.

Great boutique hotel!

Had a great stay overnight on our way into Greece for a 2 1/2 weeks vacation! Centrally located with great staff and very nice accommodations! We enjoyed ourselves and are heading back end of this very week!

My sister and I were visiting from Canada and spent 2 nights at this property. I believe the hotel has 3 separate buildings for all their suites. We were in building #3. Room was beautiful, very spacious and clean. I would give it 10/10 for cleanliness. Location was great. Restaurants, bars and shopping conveniently located right outside the hotel lobby. Hotel staff were some what helpful however not very accommodating. Our first night at the hotel, the fire alarm went off at 4am. Specifically the alarm in our room. (We do not smoke) it was very loud. (Almost sounded like a security alarm, like someone broke in) When we tried to contact the front desk, there was no answer. Eventually the alarm turned off after a few minutes. The next day we witnessed new doors being added to the lobby of our building #3. This frightened us as to why all of the sudden the doors needed to be replaced. Hotel assured us the next day it was a scheduled construction. I wish the hotel had offered to move us to a different building of the suites so we were more comfortable. We expressed on many occasions we were very frightened after the incident. However nothing was offered. We did not feel the safest at this hotel but location/room was great. Hope this review helps others.
