at the centre of travelling Hub

Overall we had a nice stay at the Apartment. The place was bright and roomy. The equipment and facilities were adequate but we were suprised that we were given only one roll of toilet paper for 4 adults for 3 nights stay. We had to adjust to the order when cooking for we had to readjust the fuss a number of time. My daughter and son-in-law found they needed to adjust their aleeping positions frequently on the sofa bed because of the support bar and the mattress was not tick enough. Apart from that, we had a great time in Milan.

location location loaction

location is all I can say. only 5min from train station. but this hotel is rental apartment so there is limit to use electricity and hot water. but unless you leave air condition all day you should be fine. hot water limited to 8 liter hot water then takes half hour to warm up. but it was hot day so I didn't need much hot water anyway. elevator was tiny. you have lots of bulky luggage you better do couple trip to the room. wash and dryer on site. it was convince to do my laundry at night. over all it wasn't too bad for couple nights in Milan.

Not Really a hotel

This apartment is very close and convenient to the Centrale Station, metro, and supermarkets. It was very tiny for four adults. The kitchen was for one person at a time only. Management turned off the heat, even when we requested it be turned on, there was no response. The toilet seat was loose, we had to fix it ourselves although we mentioned it to the young man who worked at the desk. There were dust bunnies under the sofa bed and behind the small rolling drawers in the bedroom. We appreciated the elevator, the appliances, and the efforts to recycle.

Terrible management, good location

Only good thing about this place is its location to the central train station. Apartment managers were rude, kept making excuses regarding their hours and services they offered. Would commit to something verbally but refuse to acknowledge it when you asked for their service. On trip advisor they continually make excuses and petty comments on their customer reviews - not at all professional.

Really easy to find by train station.

Very clean apartment. Warned that may have to pay extra if use to much power. Didnt have to with a family of 5. Old elevators were fun and an experience to ride.

El apartamento no era.el de las fotos, te dan el que le va bien!! Sin calefacción la controlan ellos a través de wifi la mantiene a 19° y a las 20h la apagan, les llamé y no me hicieron caso me dijo el chico ahora voy y 2 h después me dijo estoy aparcando aún tres días después lo espero, pagando 180€ x día me tuve que ir a un hotel, estaba pasando un frío insoportable las puertas eran viejas y entraba un frío como una nevera, al día siguiente llamé a Expedia para que me cambiara o anulará y nada que la calefacción se apaga en toda Milan a las 22 h según ellos le dije que me dieran un calefactor aún sigo esperando después de pagar 400€ por 2 días ni regalándome la estancia volvería .

ottima posizione e appartamento in buone condizioni. Peccato per la rigidità nell'orario di check in che non ha tenuto conto in alcun modo delle esigenze di chi prende un aereo ed è soggetto ai relativi orari di arrivo. Praticamente impossibile fare il check in dopo le 20 (solo pagando quai l'equivalente di un'altra notte!). Alla fine sono riuscito ad anticipare il volo ma ho constatato appunto una notevole rigidità

The cleaning could be certainly improved. It requires little more care of the place and price could be even increased slightly but please get a serious cleaning company to do the job. Location is perfect, super comfortable to move around. Place is well furnished and it has all you need for a weekend there

The stay is nice almost as what it is described.The only thing is the extra charge for using the air condition. I was told 1e /hr , I only used 5 hours. They charged me with 15 e anyway.

WEBに掲載されているホテルの場所は受付の場所で、実際に貸される部屋は1.5キロ離れた場所でした。部屋タイプによって場所は違うようなので、荷物をもって移動があることは掲載されておいたほうがよいかとおもいます。 エアコン2台とドライヤーをつけたら停電しました。受付でもらった電話番号は繋がらず、ブレーカーは玄関の外にありました。
